Maybe something other than pizza would be better, but the pizza was only okay imo. The food I tried gets 2 stars, but as I'll explain the location and hours and nice staff pop it up to 3. I got a sausage slice and the sausage was a bit skimpy and the slice was way undercooked, not at all crispy. It also was just really lacking in flavor, i like tomatoes and seasoning, and this was just doughy, cheesy thin bread with a bit of sausage--not a terrible thing, but not a treat for my taste buds, which is what I look for when I eat out. I only saw NY style, no Chicago or Sicilian. It also wasn't piping hot. The slices are large, but not $4.25-worth. The staff is friendly, and the location is excellent--right behind the east-bound 66 bus on Chicago, and across the street from the blue line Chicago stop. I could see going again based on convenience, given the location and late night hours, it would be a good place to sit and wait for the bus, but I wouldn't actually recommend the pizza. Oh, and there's a bike rack...

Someone who grew up in chicago, I've seen my fair share of pizza places especially being italian. This place holds a very near and dear place in my heart. I started going here because I used to bartend at Beaumont on Halstead. Someone who used to be in the club industry I believe owned it and it was open super late I want to say four or five in the morning if I'm not mistaken. We would order there all the time they delivered and when I had my son I was at Northwest hospital downtown chicago. Even though it was out of there a delivery area they made a trip for us and that meant the world to me that I will always hold pie eyed in my heart. I'm in Arizona now and I miss this so much. Also the pizza was amazing and they had the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had in my life. If you are debating going to pie-eyed, I definitely recommend you make the trip it is phenomenal. My question now is Ian...

I have eaten here twice now, both times right after attending Lolla: First of all, I can’t help love the location which is conveniently right next to the Chicago blue line stop. But somehow I had never eaten here before despite living in the neighborhood of West town.

The first night, I had an Italian beef with cheese and hot peppers around 11 PM: probably the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten, and I believe that it gave me the strength to go on despite being very tired and sore from all day dancing

The second night, I had a slice of sausage pizza around midnight almost: also very delicious. It was a very saucy but still not too saucy pizza, generous portion size

Definitely know I will be coming back. Also, I love all the...

This is some serious deep dish. Took a chance on a random pizza place in chicago, but lets be honest, the odds are high it will be awesome. Not disappointed one bit. The jalapeno poppers were super cheesy and the pizza, good lord, the sauce was boss. The toppings of roast beef and hot Giardiniera was a perfect fit. On a cold, rainy and snowy April day, we took this beast to a bar across the street and got 1000s of compliments. The smell was to die for. Good job guys.

The guy that works there is pretty chill, but the pizza bread isn't anything to write home about. The only outlet they had available was the one by the window near the ceiling, so unless you have a large charging cord, dangling your phone might be the last resort. Also, the table closest to the outlet was covered in crumbs from whoever was before me.

Ordered the slices combo which came with a slice of pizza a medium drink and French fries. The slice came to me very lukewarm and It was very dry tasting. The French fries were hot thin and crispy which was a good thing. It's your little hole in the wall pizza joint for a late night craving. They're open Until 2 AM on the weekends.
