We do not ever order delivery but it was so freezing cold in Chicago there was no way we were leaving the house. The experience was both painful and funny as we attempted to get our food in the house. The delivery guy just could not figure out how to ring our bell. He could not even open our door after we buzzed him in several times. As we watched this comedy of errors through our video screen, he called us on his phone. I assumed this call would fix our problems but it turned into a task because the driver was speaking broken English. For a minute, I thought we might not get our food even though it was outside our front door. After much direction, we finally got the delivery guy in and he delivered our food. We got crispy rolls with ground chicken and vermicelli. The dish was beautifully presented for delivery food. The rolls were sliced and topped with cilantro and carrots. They were good but the rolls could have used a dipping sauce on the side. That's an issue with delivery. Did we actually get everything for our dish. We also ordered a hot and a mild version of Kee Mow Noodles with chicken, wide noodle, tomatoes, vegetables, carrots, onions, basil, bean sprouts and a sweet soy sauce. The dishes were good. I was very unhappy because my noodles were stuck together. Again this can be a causality of delivery and this is why we avoid delivery always. The dish was also a little too sweet for my taste buds. I like a true balance of flavors in my food. I'd like to dine at thr restaurant and have the dishes served fresh. I will say that the delivery was fast and arrived earlier then promised including the drivers mishaps. We have not ordered delivery in over 10 years and it was nice to not go out in the freezing cold to get out food. I was also let down they didn't send any chop sticks. Asian food doesn't taste good to me with a plastic fork which is what they actually sent. Luckily I have a spare set of chop sticks in the house to enjoy my food. I'm ready for culinary emergencies.

Delicious, fresh, and flavorful Thai food. Delightfully gracious and friendly staff, cozy yet funky interior vibe & calming yet festive patio with plants and candle-light. Very fun and hyggae atmosphere and excellent variety of freshly-made curries and noodle dishes with a pleasant blend of favors and spices. Loved the red curry and jasmine tea! The fresh rolls could use a wider variety of veggies or modified ratio of less bean sprouts to more basil & tofu (this is just personal preference, of course). Overall, a fabulously harmonious dining experience with courteous servers, nourishing and yummy entrees, and a relaxing way to spend the evening with family and friends. We hope to return often. 👍

My friend and I went on a Wednesday night for dinner. The was no wait, but still pretty busy for a week night. The decor is nice and simple without being cheap or cheesy. We ordered the scallops for appetizer, Pad Thai noodles with shrimp, and Kao Soi. I also ordered the Bangkok mule. The drink was delicious. The scallops dish was refreshing, and were cooked perfectly. The Pad Thai was very good too. However, the Kao Soi was very bland. We added chili sauce to it, but that didn't really help either. Our server was very friendly. I will be back to try more dishes.

no regard for customer service. Bummer - food, was half decent and been coming here for years (only reason not 1 star) Specifics below.

Ordered through their online platform at the time (chowbus) on a Monday night. Said it would be 40-45 mins, I showed up 50 mins later. They were scrambling around acting like they didn’t know where my order was I politely suggested I come back after I go for a walk. I come back 10 mins later to the same manager, who was curt, and coldly unapologetic saying it would be an hour wait (they didn’t even offer to put the order in right then and there after admitting they never gave it to the kitchen), instead they were putting me at the back of the line. They then said if you don’t want to wait we’ll just cancel and you’ll get a refund in 5-7 days. No regard or apologetic tone that it ruined the evening. I asked politely if they had my name and said yes, and I have 2% confidence they did or cared at all.

Fast forward 6 weeks when still no refund and they first try to tell me with my order number and meal selection in hand off their menu that it’s a different restaurant, then it’s not their fault, it’s chow buses. Only for me to email chowbus, who then actually called me and told me they never received a cancellation for my order from the restaurant. All the whole the ‘manager’ refused to come to the front to talk to me, all the while I was very calm and patient. Instead just to have the servers be running around giving me misinformation trying to get me to leave so the manager didn’t have to talk to me.

Nice,...

THE LUNCH SPECIAL.

Oh, man, go here for the lunch special.

A measly $14 got me an enormous and delicious entree (I opted for the woonsen, which was chock full of bright and crisp veggies and an astounding amount of chicken, with a distinct but delicate ginger flavor throughout), two of the most delightful crab rangoon I've had in a long time, and a 30% tip for the server (gotta go overboard when tipping on special prices, obvi). The patio was lovely on this perfect 70* day, and though I almost walked out because the front of house was completely empty for quite a while after I arrived, eventually the server showed up and for the rest of the time was super attentive and great.

Do yourself a favor and go here for lunch. I'll probably...
