Tacos El Tio — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I ordered online using google. Usually I order on Uber eats and they never follow food instructions. So I decided to use google . After a long day at work on Friday I wanted some delicious Mexican styled tacos. Everyone knows in America. Mexican styled tacos are cilantro onions and cheese. But I'm black. So I like to add cheese and sour cream to my tacos as well. Online tells you tacos come with cilantro or cilandro like they have it spelled on their online ordering site. And it also comes with ONIONS. So mind you all. I paid online. It took me about 15 mins to drive to their location. So when I get there the food is not ready. So I didn't mind. I asked the cashier do you all prepare food when customers get here. She said yes. AGAIN. I'm still patient waiting on my food. So with their history of not following food directions I checked my food in my car. Because I was so hungry from a long day of work I was about to eat the food expeditiously. So when I looked inside the bag. One taco was wrong. Then I look into the other order. All 3 other tacos were all are wrong. They only had cheese and sour cream. So I'm like this order is incorrect. I wanted cheese. Onion. Sour cream. And cilantro. She goes and explained to me that the third party ordering service told her that I wanted just cheese and sour cream. I said I understand what you Saying but it's wrong. This is not my order. She like well you took the food out already. So at first I'm like you know what I'm starving forget it. And then I realized this is not gone to be enjoyable. Because this is not what I requested so she attempted to give me cilantro and onion inside a ziploc bag which is Unacceptable. I did not want that. I requested my food be prepared a certain way and it's not. I'm not about to pour cilantro and onion on a taco and it was suppose to already come cooked with it. . So I asked for my money back because at this point the service I was receiving was not great the cashier attitude was horrible. . If I'm a customer I'm expecting great service. And that was not provided. I will not be going back due to the lack of good...

Very rude cook😖 My husband use to work their so I guess my husband use to drink liquor with that cook in the past. My husband & I both go to church & my husband no longer drinks & that employee knows that & that cook also knows my husband goes to church but it's been a few times that my husband has taken me their & that employee just laughs & laughs & always yells out to my husband that when is he going to drink liquor with him & continues to laugh. I told my husband that it makes me feel very uncomfortable & why is that employee so rude & disrespectful especially to me by doing that. I don't feel comfortable giving my business to these people. They don't even stop that cook from constantly laughing & asking my husband to go & get...

The waitress who took care of us yesterday treated every family there who spoke only Spanish nicely, but then there's me, I noticed every time I asked her for something, she would look at me with such an annoyance and have me repeat everything I said. The last one irritated me so I repeated myself and a stronger firmer tone.

There is one waitress there who had a smile on her face and was very nice but she wasn't our waitress. She kept coming by to ask if we were okay. I think she could tell I was annoyed with our waitress.

The Cooks in the kitchen are awesome. In fact to cook brought me over my three tacos personally.

Our waitress brought over the food that my friends ordered as they all spoke only Spanish.
