Central Furniture — Hotel in West Chicago Township

Customer service is very bad. Me and my family had to go through a lot of stress because of them. I don't recommend this store to anyone especially for first time buyers. I have never experienced worse customer service like this before. Please be aware that this store has NO REFUND policy. The manger or the salesman doesn't inform their customers about this policy. We were trapped and cheated by them twice. The manger promised us that delivery will be made within 5-10 days. We almost waited 1 1/2 months for our delivery and still we didn't receive. We tried to call them many times. Our calls were not answered. Whenever our calls were answered, the manger promised us the delivery will be made sooner but it didn't happen. We realized that they were cheating us. We cancelled the delivery and bought our furniture from another merchant, who gave us good customer service and delivered our furniture on right time. Even without buying any furniture from them they took money from us. Still we are having problems with them. Every customer should be aware before ordering...

Wouldn't dare go anywhere else for my home furnishing needs! Ricardo is amazing and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. He will bend over backwards to ensure your needs are met. I have bought a few items from here and all of them have been of the highest quality. The customer services is always great and the staff is always willing to help in anyway they can. This is the first place I recommend to friends and family when they are in the market for new furniture. I will be return here...
