This is by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering pizza. The pizza is not even that good for this level of incompetence to be tolerated. The first time I called when a human picked up she mumbled something inaudible and placed me on hold. I waited a full five mins on hold before hanging up. I started feeling uneasy and thought maybe I should just cook tonight. Tired I said I’ll call one more time if I can’t order I’ll cook. I waited 30 mins and called back. This time I could understand her as she said hold. A minute later another person picked up and took my order. I waited the 40 mins the driver calls and says he’s outside. I go downstairs to discover he is at the wrong address. When I call congress back to find out what’s going on the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager to resolve my issues after she informed me it’s my fault they went to the wrong address and I would have to pay $6 extra dollars to come to the address I told them when I ordered with the now cold and old pizza. She refused to allow me to speak with a manager. I paid over the phone with my card why give the wrong address I’ve never lived on the street they went to. Never even heard of it. She just kept saying well I didn’t take your order. How does that information help the situation?!
The pizza is mediocre at best.
The service absolutely trash.
It’s not worth your time money or aggravation dealing with a rude unprofessional unpleasant person.
These delivery apps are overwhelming these cheap restaurants that don’t want to increase staff to deal with higher demand. The results are disgruntled employees with a bad attitudes. Which makes for a bad experience for the customers.
She needs a full attitude adjustment or a job that doesn’t require her to talk to customers. No customer service skills. No resolution or de-escalation skills. Things go wrong I get that. However part of her job is to make things right when that happens. Not make matters worse by being personally offended when questioned about an order like I’m trying to place blame. No I’m trying to get my food, why do you have an attitude, because your coworkers wrote the wrong address?
Customers don’t matter to them because they have more orders than they can cope with and it shows in the quality. In the long run though I think people will spend their hard earned money at an establishment that values their customers experience. These people don’t care at all and it shows....

Tried convincing the kids to try the pizza so it wouldn’t go to waste, they weren’t going. We called Congress back to inform of wrong order. Lady started going off, lying that we ordered an ALL SAUSAGE pizza. When we initially called we asked for 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 sausage w/ jalapeños. The lady on the phone said they don’t do sausage w/ jalapeños so at the end we asked for an all pepperoni pizza. On the call to complain the lady asked us to bring the pizza untouched. However, explained upon arrival that I had a house full of kids. Tried to convince them to try and eat the pizza but they didn’t want it. Came here to see if there was something they could do for us but ladies at the counter were rowdy, rude, not trying to hear it. Wanted to send us back home after coming TWICE already with this huge pizza. I asked to speak to the owner and they were telling me to come back tomorrow. Couple minutes later the lady goes to the back and I see her talking to a man that’s obviously the owner. Smh. She then comes back to talk to me, suddenly very understanding. These ladies are full of lies and don’t take accountability for their errors. Gave them 3 stars because at the end they did give us an “even exchange”. She with a nasty attitude said WHAT’s that instead of just politely saying no we do not but we do have this. I’ve ordered from here on 3-4 occasions look it up. I’ve never had an issue until today? Whoever she is Fire Her please. She’s not an ASSET but a LIABILITY. She must’ve had a bad day and taking it out on the CUSTOMERS. My son is sitting next to me and can overhear her because the phone is on bluetooth in the car, and he’s only 11 and he asked me why is she being rude?
The Call DISCONNECTED: I called back, Then she claims I hung up, after I gave her my phone address and method of PAY. Problem is i’m driving home, she can clearly hear me talking in the background because I’m driving near a bridge.She immediately IS ANTAGONISTIC, assuming that I hung up. Lady why would I hang up just to call back? WHOEVER just took an order for Jasmine, Be sure to inform your EMPLOYEES, that the customer can hear a tone and attitude over the phone. Her condescending attitude cost you a customer. I’ve ordered several times without issue. Her UNPROFESSIONALISM has reflected poorly on your company today.
