Subway — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Subway is ok in a pinch, but we got there around 8:45, and although the sign said closed at 10, the attendant was a little frazzled about getting out of there on time. In her defense, she said it was her 4th day and she was there by herself, on the other hand, it was no where near 10, and we were ordering 3 foot longs ,2 for my son and his friend and one for me. Kids, don't get much on their sandwich and I like the tuna with red onion and oil /vinegar, so not that long to make a few sandwiches, coming from someone who has worked at subway in my teens, and managed a few later on in life... Breathe, it's going to...

I had to ask that my sub be toasted 3 times, she had a nasty attitude, she kept coming by my table "moping" the same spot over and over as if to give me an obvious signal of r u done eating yet!!! And can u believe she thought i was going 2 steal an extra cup for my beverage. To top it off the bathroom sign said out of order but worked perfectly fine because i walked in and the toilet worked just fine. My husband and i were appalled w/ the service. I don't recommend eating...

I went there with my friend, and he bought a sandwich. There was employe named Jay, I asked him for a glass of water and he said they don't serve water there even they don't have a glass for water. That's bullshit I also worked at subway and we always carried glasses for water. I would never go there again. Those guys were so rude and they don't have manners how to talk with customers even he was showing me...
