DO NOT GO HERE! unless you want a terrible tasting product and TERRIBLE, RUDE SERVICE! They are staffed by teenagers who think they are getting paid to be rude to you and don't know how to make a simple cup of coffee or a milkshake.
I went there with a sweet tooth. In the drive thru, I asked the clueless cashier what kinds of coffee flavored ice cream they had. she replied "We have 31 flavors, I'm NOT going to list them all for you." SERIOUSLYY???? So i pushed and she finally told me the TWO coffee flavored icecreams they had. I ordered a medium milkshake.
I got to the window and she hands me a sticky, icecream covered cup that is, no joke, only filled MAYBE 3/4 of the way. I would have ordered a small if I want the amount of a small. I nicely asked for them to add more. That black haired teenager takes it away without a sorry and returns literally 30 seconds later with my now full medium. I don't know if she added milk or water to it, but it tasted completely watery and diluted.
So I pull around. Get out and go in. The blond teenager sees me waiting in line with my milkshake, looks me straight in the eye and says nothing. Finally, I get to the front. I SWEAR. She walks over to me and just stares at me. I say "Sorry, this doesn't taste good, I think it's watered down. Do you think you can add more ice cream, please." I SAID SORRY TO HER! She takes it WITHOUT SAYING ONE WORD TO ME. Pours my milk into a blender and adds one scoop. I didn't want her to waste her time so I ask "Sorry, but can you add more than that, I don't think that's going to fix it" The blond teenager turns to me and gives me a long stare, no smile, no apology, just STARES AT ME with a rude face on. Goes back to the ice cream and WHILE STARING AT ME scoops in more ice cream. Saunters, like A SLOW DELIBERATE WALK to the blender. blends it, pours it into the same sticky cup, saunters back over to me and hands me my now fixed, still sticky cup. She just looks at me and stares with the rudest look. I wait for a moment, thinking I'll get a 'here you go' or 'sorry about that'. NOTHING. Then I said, because I hate awkward situations, "Thanks so much, Have a great day" I SAID THAT. To that terrible, rude person. What a waste of good cheer.
I hope this place either fires all their employees and starts fresh. OR i hope that whole place goes under due to their terrible service. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY. It's the perfect location, but honestly, id rather drive 5 miles in the wrong direction to get my coffee than to deal with the WORST SERVICE people who...
Read moreI go here pretty regularly in the morning but usually through the drive thru. I went inside today since I had two separate cards I had to pay with and the young man who helped was great. But afterwords one of the older lady’s asked me if I also ordered food and I said yes and her response was “ughhhh okay” then she proceeded to get angry and annoyed with the young man who took my order because she couldn’t find it on the screen. He took both receipts back from me, showed her that he entered everything right and she got even more frustrated. As if it was his fault things weren’t going her way. Once she was done throwing her tantrum she gave me my food. I was missing an order of hash browns. At that point I didn’t even bother to ask for them. Just sad to see that a young kid is trying to work and learn his way around his job and there’s always that old grumpy person who makes everyone’s life as miserable as their own. Read moreI'm not sure if this location has changed owners, but service has been very poor at least for the past month. There seems to be all new employees, and the ordering process is never smooth. I basically get asked twice while ordering to repeat every single part, it always seems they're not even listening when you say it the first time. Then you get to the window and they ask you to repeat parts of it AGAIN. I've gotten a cold drink after repeating the order (which was hot) 3x. When I order a large, some days I get a large, some days an XL, which isn't something to complain about but does show that they aren't exactly paying attention to everything they're doing. The line is always backed up now, probably because people are having to repeat their orders. It's just frustrating. Depending on who makes the drink, it never really tastes the same either or is in varying amounts, sometimes leaving a lot of open space at the top.
