we went in today and experienced horrible customer service by the server Vanessa once again. while taking our order she rolled her eyes and gave us half empty cups of strawberries for the yogurts we had ordered. I asked the owners granddaughter why she filled the yogurts she made with more fruit than the other server and was first told that everyone makes them different so i guess they’re inconsistent and she then mentioned that the fresas con crema have more strawberries than the yogurts?? that doesn’t make sense because she was making a yogurt like the one we had ordered. whatever, she added a bit more strawberries so we went on to pay. Vanessa charged us for fresas con crema when we had ordered yogurts. I was thinking about just leaving because of their attitude but decided to just ask for them to fix it and leave it at that. we’ve been coming here for years and i know one less customer might not affect their business but their rude...

Great ice cream. Both Mexican and American styles served here, both were outstanding. I saw they also had frozen fruit bars, but we didn't try them. I started to order in Spanish, as everyone in the crowded dining area was speaking Spanish to each other and the primary menu language was Spanish (with English translations), but all servers spoke both English and Spanish fluently and samples of I've cream flavors were offered for each flavor we asked about.

I've been throughout Mexico and I was very impressed with the authenticity of both the store and the flavors. The spiciness of the Mexican chocolate was at the perfect level for instance.

This ice cream shop has the best ice cream and fresas con crema that we drive 25 min to this place but from this experience I have doubts. The only thing they need to improve on is their costumer service. No one acknowledged us when we arrived we were just standing there and we were the only ones in the shop. They just kept on cleaning and talking to each other. Once asked what we wanted the guy seemed annoyed when taking our order and for my mom a young lady was with her attitude when she was giving her order like if she was doing her a favor. When another costumer came in she was just waiting to order and no one acknowledged her until she said something they started to help her. If they had better costumer service I would...
