McDonald's — Restaurant in West Chicago

The staff does not understand English. Placed my order 6 times at the drivethru. Order was for an egg and cheese mcmuffin, large OJ, and a hashbrown, and then a #10(Steak, egg & cheese meal). After 6 atempts at the drive thru, pulled up to payement window, reviewed the order, and it was wrong. Gave the order 2 more times. Once order paid for, pulled to 2nd window, recieved OJ, and had to pull forward to the waiting window. Waited 10 minutes, then recieved incorrect order. Instead of an egg and cheese mcmuffin, recieved an egg mcmuffin. Then had to park my car and go inside store to correct order. Once I recieved the correct order, manager stated thank you, come again.

This store staff does not understand basic english and does not listen. This whole process took 20 minutes. That was 20 minutes for 2 large Orange Juices, 2 hash browns, 1 steak, egg, & cheese bagel, and 1 (Egg & Cheese Mcmuffin). The part of the order that gave the most trouble, was the egg & cheese mcmuffin. The sandwich was literally a piece of egg, a slice of cheese, and an English muffin.

IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, AVOID THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG AND MAKE YOU WAIT FOR A...

Beware of McDonald's. We purchase (2) ice coffees from this location mostly on a daily basis and after 11:00 am. So, last year we received a notification from our bank in regards to a purchase for $4.21. around 10:15 in the morning. We went in and spoke to a manager which did not do really anything. Went into our bank and received the refund back to our account. Moving forward to today (3/19/25). Received a notification from our bank around 9:00 ish this morning in regards to a charge of $4.32. Again, we are getting charged for iced coffees because this is what we pay. Contacted corporate, didn't have a care in the world and making it sound like we made that purchase and now trying to get our money back. We told them about the last time we had this problem and they said to contact our bank. So, that's what we did. Bank is now disputing a couple of charges. This location may have a skimmer so beware. We will be paying cash for now on. I don't trust McDonald's with a debit or credit card anymore . So, terrible that they don't care about their customers only the money coming in. Also not caring about what is going on inside the restaurant....

Some of you may wonder why the 4 star. I worked here in 1999. I haven’t had McDonald’s since 2020 They have been consistent with the diarrhea, but not the flavors nor portions. The gentleman at the window was angry because I asked for a balloon for my son. Thanks for the Chorrrrrrro. I’ll be back next time I’m having another depressing, crap out of luck, mid life crisis. Keep up the “crappy” work. I’ll be happy to have explosive diarrhea tomorrow. It will be nice to experience a colon cleansing after 20+ years “I can feel the magic” lol literally *this is the most disturbing review I have ever left. At first I was using a bit of dark humor but in all seriousness, I could not sleep last night. I felt as if I couldn’t digest the food. I was incredibly bloated and with severe pain. I had to force myself to vomit. I don’t think my stomach would be capable of digesting . I have never fed my 4 year old this food. Please don’t feed this to your kids. Don’t feed it...
