Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in West Chicago

Beware!! Very disturbing!! We would give 0 stars if we could. My husband and I got fried chicken and had it delivered. They said within an hour for delivery. We also had a free delivery coupon. Well it was well over an hour as my husband kept on calling to find out where are food was? They kept saying they were short on delivery drivers. Why didn't you say that in the first place? When he finally arrived I gave him the coupon and he walked away to his car. I never signed the slip or gave a tip. The bill was $21.22. the chicken was terrible and way overcooked. I looked at my debit card and was charged $26.22. I contacted them and they said the driver added $5 tip and manager saw no signature. They said they would refund us the $5. Never got it yet. Hmmm. It's the simple fact that the driver just did fraud. I did contact the police and they are fully aware of what took place. We also just had the night time shift manager (Hana) call back and tried to bribe us by taking off this review and she would refund us the whole amount plus give us a $10 credit for the next purchase. I told her absolutely NOT! Why? So, it can happen to other people and you don't want people to know what you are doing? I also put in a phone call to corporate office. I will never get food from here...

I had an amazing and mind blowing experience here at Rosati’s Pizza place. Their service is top-notch! All of their staff are decent, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They greet me the time I entered the place and even show a big smile to me as a welcome. They guide me to the perfect vacant spot, take my orders properly, and they talk to me in very professional way. All of them are nice, they are fast workers, they serve the food in just right amount of time, and also they will give you many reasons to come back. They are so reliable and personable staff. When it comes to their food, their pizza is on fire! It is so unique, so thin, crispy, tasty, flavorful, and the toppings are overload. Their serving is huge, fair, and creative. You will absolutely love their pizza and it can really fill your tummy up. I also enjoyed the awesome ambiance of the place, it is so great, and the vibe is really awesome. This is my new favorite pizza place from now on! Thank you Rosati’s Pizza! I would really love to go back again and explore more of the food on the menu. Thank you for wonderful service! Mediocre Pizza and rude management.

I was charged twice for a pizza because of a supposed power outage. The girl on the phone was very nice and polite about the whole thing, but said that I'd have to come in and speak with her manager.

I showed up to speak with her manager on a Friday night. Her manager said it was a bad night to be dealing with this, but dug through the records and printed off my receipt from the night I ordered pizza. She then claimed she had no record of a second transaction, and that I'd need a bank statement to verify. I showed her the live feed of my bank account on my phone, but she insisted on a bank statement, and that she'd need her accountant to look after it.

To make everything worse, the pizza is mediocre, at best. The cracker crust is fine, but the pepperoni pizza we ordered was greasier than a pepperoni pizza should be, and it was cold upon delivery. The place is under a half mile from my house. How it got cold in that half mile...
