The food was good, with exception of one little piece of lettuce, but otherwise made correctly and reasonable speed of service for the customer volume. I enjoyed the promo items I ordered. The cashier kid was polite and listening to the customers.
The main problem that I had to ding them for was the condition of the restroom. The interior of the restaurant had been recently updated, but the bathroom seems to have been left out of the plans. On top of that, the soap dispenser was in bad condition, though still operable. There was only one hand dryer, and it was way down as if for children or people in wheelchairs. I'm somewhat short, and I still had to stoop to reach it. There was no paper towel dispenser, and I don't like touching the faucet to turn it off after already I have already washed my hands, or grabbing the door handle with my bare hand on my way out. I understand the need for cost effectiveness, compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the desire to be environmentally friendly, but that's taking all of them together too far. This is an opportunity for improvement, as this is a Burger King off of I-26. Places known to have updated and well-cleaned restrooms attracts motorist stops, and motorist stops generate sales. That's all they would really need to own that...
Read moreSTAY AWAY!!!! Giving this place 1 star is giving it too much credit. I don't really understand how this place has remained open. Employees are often rude and have no customer service skills, let alone people skills. No matter the time of day you come here. It can be breakfast, lunch or dinner. You are guaranteed 4 things will happen. Employees will be rude. Your food will be cold and sloppily made. Your order will not be correct. Lastly, it'll be over cooked. I went there less than 1 hour ago for breakfast. I knew better, but for time restraints, it was my only option. I ordered a breakfast meal. My French toast sticks were hard due to being over cooked. The bun on my biscuit was burnt. I asked for ketchup, they didn't have any. How do you run a burger joint and your employees don't order ketchup?!?! My tots were cold. I asked for sweet tea with no ice and was given unsweet tea with ice. I wasted $10 of my hard earned money. Never again. The owner/franchisee obviously doesn't care. They should be ashamed of themselves. Clearly, this place is a reflection of ownership....
Read moreThe three stars that this place averages is way too generous. I won a Burger King gift card at an office party otherwise I wouldn't have walked through the door. Nonetheless, when I'm spending mine or anybody else's money I sort of expect customer service to be top-notch. Perhaps I shot too high to expect a friendly cashier and a staff that were actually doing their jobs. We could actually see into the kitchen and watch as the only cook who seemed to be on duty talked smack to his coworkers instead of making our sandwiches. I literally stared in disbelief at the overt and unashamed lack of work ethic. Another employee finally bumped the guy out of the way and started making the food. All told it was a full 15 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got it. I wasn't expecting the food to be good but I wasn't expecting it to be just plain gross. Nobody salted the fries. A travesty. Even my eleven-year-old was horrified by just how bad this place is managed. I'm going to spend about a half an hour on Burger King's customer feedback site. Don't...
