Just had the worst experience with the nastiest woman packaging to go orders. Placed an order in drive thru for a salad and was not given silverware.
Walked inside to retrieve silverware and was greeted with attitude and hostility. Stood at the counter while the guy placing inside orders did not acknowledge the fact I stood directly at the counter and not in the line, so I said excuse me and asked him to get the attention of the rude girl packaging to go orders. She looked at me. Rolled her eyes, and went back to packaging. She packaged two more orders forcing me to walk to the entry way of the back area where I stated, “I just came through your drive through and was not given any silver-ware.” This RUDE worker looks at me and states, “I was coming to you, you need to step behind the line.” I reiterated I already came through the drive through and waited. She hands me silverware and starts talking rudely to what turned out to be the manager (dumb face), saying I had an attitude.
I immediately called in to talk to the manager who turns out watch this entire situation without immediately addressing the behavior of his worker. When speaking with the manager Tony he offered to comp my meal, nice gesture but how disappointing he did not step up in the heat of the situation and check his worker.
How disappointing missing silverware turned into a situation. How disappointing for this entire experience. MAJOR TURN OFF!!!!!! Failure on managements behave.
SUGGESTION : Fire that little girl. Hire proactive and accountable management. She gives her colleagues a bad name. She was the epitome of the statement, “what would expect from such?”...
Read morePlaced my order online and paid for it online.. $30.35! Was told my order would be ready at 5:26 p.m. I intentionally gave them extra time and still was not ready when I arrived at 5:45! When I called to let them know I was outside to pick up my order he said we have it here but it's not been made yet give me 10 minutes and I'll have it ready.. I asked him why when it had been over 45 minutes was my order not ready yet when I had ordered online and already paid for it! The drive-thru was wrapped all the way around the building and they were moving with no problem.. when I finally got my order which by the way was only two salads and five chicken fingers I asked Brandon who was supposed to be the manager why I waited an hour for my food that I had already ordered online and paid for and the drive-thru is moving with no problems.. I literally counted 15 cars that came and went through the drive-thru before I got my two salads and five chicken fingers! He said I make the online orders as they come and I'm the only one taking orders out to you guys the drive-thru is staffed with six people that's why it's moving so well! I said that makes absolutely no sense because I already paid for my food an hour ago before any of these people even got into your drive-thru line so why am I put to the back of the line and I got absolutely no response! That being said, I was less than happy with the Cajun club. The menus does not soecify it is soaked in mayonnaise! actually none of the menus in the restaurant give you any kind of usable info. The extra sauce cost. 25 extra per container and the menus give you no idea what to expect! However the insane sauce is freaking delicious! The service was ok. Actually the girl who took my order was great, but did not offer that I would need sauce with the meal.
