I am a door dasher. I have never picked up a dash from this location. Standard policy is walk in and pick up from rack. I walked in and waited 10 minutes for someone to address me. I finally asked they pointed to a sign and said must use drive thru. I said oh I am sorry I made a mistake, can you hand me the order....no was the reply go out to the drive thru. So I asked the obvious... your drive thru line is insanely long, I made a mistake, can we do right by the customer and just get poor Gavin his food. We'll thinking after years of customer service that the customer would win out, the smirk on the teen age managers face and sing song voice said....no, follow our policy. I asked for another manager and someone else came over and said unfortunately no...we will not be handing you the order please go get in our really long drive thru line. So I was throughly annoyed at the poor customer service and asked quite loudly if they ever made a mistake and since they are so perfect let's just penalize a paying customer. I proceeded to wait for a cancel option in the dasher app and was standing quietly reading a book on my phone while reaching out to their customer service when 2 police officers cane in and told me I had to leave the premises. Now, that is fine by me but really is that a way to handle a paying customers order? Is it an appropriate use of our police force, to waste their time coming to the store when, yes I mayy have loudly asked them if they were perfect and where did they learn their customer service skills before again standing there quietly on the phone with their customer service I mean they clearly saw me waiting for several minutes, why make me wait another 10 15 minutes in the drive thru while the customers order gets stale and cold....Ice melts in drinks. Another manager was called in and was standing there doing nothing but laughing while police were called. Such a viscious threat, someone who expects a higher level of customer service then they were willing to provide. How hard would it have been to say, you know what, let's take care of you today but going forward this is how we operate. Instead let's gain amusement by calling the police and wasting their time. Horrible service, horrible location, I will never spend a dime in Chick...
Read moreI don't usually leave reviews because most of the time, we are so quick to leave negative feedback rather positive feedback but my experience(S) at this particular location warrant a review. This is not just one time or two times, this has been SEVERAL times (more than 10) that I have stopped at this location and have had bad service. The only reason I have continued to go by this location is because it is literally on route to my job and any other Chic Fil A would be completely out of the way. Anyway, their customer service is not always great, you will sit at the intercom some times for several minutes before anyone says anything, the person on the intercom always seems to be overwhelmed, I have said thank you once I placed my order and nothing was said in return (now don't take this as I am being anal about these things, I hold Chic Fil A to high expectation because they hold themselves to high expectations) If I wanted this kind of service, there is also a McDonalds in route to my job that I could stop by. They mess up orders frequently and being in commute to work, its not like I can go back and have them fix it. Then, to top those things off, they throw their food together. I read a review down below and saw the man said it looked like they took food out of the garbage to wrapped it, well that is literally how my food looked, I can get better looking food wrapped at McDonalds and Taco Bell and we know how they wrap their foods. I have complained to to owner about these issues every time and they seem to only send cards for a free item, however, they don't fix the problem. Its not about getting a free item or an item replaced, its about the whole experience when you first pull into their parking lot until you drive out of their parking lot. This location needs serious help...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but this experience was pretty awful. I try to be understanding, having worked in restaurants for 15 years myself. But this was something else.
We had coupons for his location, but for whatever reason the cashier told us we couldn’t use them. They were provided at this location due to a mess up on our previous visit. Whatever. We ordered inside to go. Thanked the cashier multiple times with no response (I think we may have gotten a “no problem” at one point). We ordered 4 meals, straight off the menu, no modifications.
Our food was ready promptly, and we left. It was only after I got home that I realized two of the meals were completely wrong. I try to make the best of things, but I had my heart set so I went back to the store.
I waited for several minutes at the counter while a number of staff huddled in the corner. No other customers up front. No real apology from any member of staff once I was acknowledged . The sandwiches were remade, but the fries were now cold. The girl ordering the kitchen to make the sandwiches had an awful attitude about it. No offer to remedy the cold fries. I spent an extra 40 minutes driving to try to fix this, I’d figure at least I could get fresh fries for the meal they screwed up. But I’m not about to yell at a bunch of high school kids about doing better.
So anyway, customer service was on par with an angry diner staff. Coupons from a previous screw up were refused. Yet another big screw up, and apparently no one on staff understands the proper way to handle a ruined meal.
I’m out 40 bucks and what I expected to be a nice meal with my family. I’m going to Popeyes...
