Each visit gets worse. I always ask for sauce, they even put it on the order screen. There is never sauce in the bag. I have asked the drive-thru employees for sauce specifically after getting my order. They just respond "It's in the bag." Again, no sauce in the bag. Today I watched them place my order in the bag, close it with the sticker and hand it to me. I ask for sauce. The lady looks me straight in the face and says "I already put it in there." Yeah. No sauce. They never give me my receipts so I can't use it to file a complaint by my order number. (I know it sounds petty, but not putting sauce in the bag and telling me there is sauce just leaves me really speechless.)
The portion sizes are also getting smaller. Today all our hard shell tacos were barely halfway filled. Mostly cheese to make it look like more. Last visit, our quesadillas (all four) had the bare minimum of chicken and cheese. It was almost completely flat. 85% tortilla, 15% chicken and cheese.
A special order burrito we have asked for on multiple visits always end up being the regular burrito. So not only are we getting the wrong order, we're paying extra (for all the additional ingredients) for a regular burrito. If they can't make it, they should just say so instead of charging us the extra money for something we wouldn't have ordered in the first place. This is a consistent issue. They have rarely ever gotten the burrito order right.
The employees there are always super nice and cordial. I don't know if the issue lies with the employees or the store owners themselves. It sucks that this is the only Taco Bell on this side of West Columbia heading straight onto Gervais. It's the quickest option for us, but it's gotten pretty frustrating especially when it feels like we're just...
Read moreAlright. So after I had just gotten off work and had been craving taco bell nacho fries. Which is self explanatory, those things are gas. Me and my friend pull up to the taco bell and as soon as we get out the parking lot is filled with the smell of weed. I choose to look past it though because thats how most taco bells are anyway and once again I was starving and craving those fries. So we walk in and I begin ordering on the Kiosk, one of the workers(young guy) helped to make sure it was working okay. So you know so far so good. Then my friend goes to order and this bigger lady comes up talking about some “you cant order the lobby closed.” And we explain how I had just ordered so she goes “okay” with attitude. When I went to ask for my cup a young girl gave me one and I said “thank you” because I have manners and all I got was a “mmmhmmm”. Mind you all the workers had on sweats that were sagging, tank tops, and slides. Like dawg we are not at home. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food, and there wasn't even a line in the drive thru nor lobby. They also had like 10 people back there and our orders were not big at all. Within those 40 minutes multiple bigger ladies came in all hunched up over the counter getting hugs from the workers. A guy in the back was brushing his hair with no gloves and making tacos. And even though the lobby was “closed” there sure wasn't nobody cleaning it. It was disgusting. After finally getting our food we walk out and all the workers are chatting it up on the patio like they were at a family function. This taco bell is ghetto. With the most respect do not eat here. Im also not one to complain because ive done my fair share of working fast food but...
Read moreThis Taco Bell just made me feel Financially R@ped after I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS Order EVERYDAY that I EAT there which was very often before this lately. I ordered the Spicy Ranch Burrito but this time I PAID and Extra $8 or so for the EXTRA GRILLED CHICKEN on each Burrito to avoid the sad couple of chicken chunks from yesterday because the only thing I had an issue with is that the chicken was very short and didn't appear until I reached the bottom of the Burrito on the last 2 bites which I hated but at least it was good so I just knew that today by having the extra $8 worth of Grilled Chicken chunks was going to finally make my Burritos PERFECT TODAY!!! NOPE!!! In Fact, today there was even LESS CHICKEN on the Burritos TODAY so far I ate 2 and BOTH of them had LESS CHICKEN and even light ranch no spicy at all but it has EXTRA,EXTRA, LETTUCE for some reason. To me, the lettuce was supposed to be for the fluffy look pretending that the Burrito was so much bigger due to the extra CHICKEN that I Never recieved. This is why I always get my EXTRA Chicken on the side in a container or small prep bag etc. I have 4 Potentially Garbage Burritos that I paid twice the price for with Double the Disappointment. It's worse when you consider the fact that Myself along with other customers were serviced through an employee yelling at us to use the kiosk if we're wanting Eat and blames that on claiming to be short staffed again like yesterday but there was only 2 people in the line inside and I was one of those people as well. I couldn't get my chicken on the side since I couldn't get a human cashier...
