One delightful revelation I uncovered is that they prepare all the Banchans—those delightful small side dishes—right from their own kitchen. This homemade approach really shines through in every bite. I had the pleasure of trying their Bibimbap, Galbi beef, and the seafood tofu, and I can honestly say that each dish was a revelation.

The Bibimbap was a colorful medley of textures; the fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked rice harmonized beautifully with the delectable sauce. The Galbi beef was succulent and bursting with flavor, and you could tell it had been marinated with care. The seafood tofu was simply outstanding—rich, creamy, and generously packed with fresh seafood, making it a highlight of my meal.

What really struck me was the freshness of the ingredients. Everything tasted sumptuous and made with love, which is becoming a rarity in today's fast-paced dining environment. Great service. And when I say great service, I mean top of the line, guy owes you drug money type of service, minus the absolute desperation to please. I finished my fish cakes and placed it to the side. Within 1 minute a new plate is brought over. I finished that cucumber thing, new plate comes by outta nowhere. It wasn't even put to the side and was in the mix with our other food. I'm assuming they are constantly watching us, but with the upmost subtlety that is impossible to detect. The workers are nice. Korean(?) guy and Hispanic lady. Very pleasant. I tipped them my paycheck. Worth every penny.

Now let's get to the food. I'd like to consider myself a tofu soup connoisseur of some sort, but my friends disagree. Either way. I like it. So come and get yourself some tofu soup. Seafood tofu soup. Delicious. Drop the egg in there. Crush it. Mix it with the soup. Absolute perfection.

Came for dinner on a weekend. Ordered the Galbi and Tofu Soup combination along with the Bulgogi and Tofu Soup combination. The servers were very friendly. There were 9 banchan dishes provided with our meal. The side dishes were on the smaller side but they do provide refills. We were very disappointed in the Tofu Soup as they lacked flavor and not enough spice even when I asked for medium spicy. No egg was provided for the Tofu Soup either. The Galbi and Bulgogi were both fine, no complaints there. This is a smaller restaurant so come early if you want a table without waiting.
