I wanna start off with saying the place is really nice very clean. Everything is great. The food taste delicious Itās just the employees I had an order with a few items. I got my coffees Everything handed to you individually, which is not the problem. I had a few Pastries were never handed it to me. They handed me my sandwich which was warmed along with 2 croissants all individually at the end I asked for a bag and Employee looked at me like why did I need a bag? I had four items I needed to put in a bag and three drink drinks to walk out as I was trying to juggle everything together with my son, I was having a hard time so thatās why I asked for a bag. He made a face and didnāt wanna hand me the bag until I said I have a few items. May I please have a bag. That there already got me a little bothered so I just left as Iām going home. I realize he didnāt hand the lemonade I purchased so I go back. And I feel like all of these things. Yes couldāve been avoided if I checked all my items, but again couldāve also been avoided if drinks Were Handed to me in a cupholder I purchased four drinks. How am I supposed to walk out with four drinks six pastries and a child . Then as I get home, Iām about to give my son his doughnut cause I purchased two donuts no donuts. I completely forgot to ask for them because they took them to the back after charging me but never brought them out again I believe itās also, my fault for not checking, but then again all these items are handed to you individually. Youāre trying to get it together as Iām trying to prepare my coffee Trying to get them to hand me creamer, cause they had no creamer available at coffee station. It was just chaotic not what I expected. There was no customers other than another person paying behind me. It wasnāt like the place was hectic. Iām just probably not going back. Called the place And the employee said your items are here you can come back for them. I get that I can definitely go back but my time going back for the third time I donāt think thatās appropriate. What was supposed to be a quick coffee run became one hours worth of my time And an upsetting situation not all of us were able to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was extremely disappointed and let down. I was craving for a TRUE french bakery this isn't it. If you go after work there is barely anything left . This is a franchisee not a small baker own.its all mass produce to fit the company standard . Not sure why its called paris baguette the only thing french were the pain au chocolat croissant pain au raisin and the baguette .its GROSSLY OVERPRICED 3.5$ for sweets and donuts mochi . Fyi curry pan mochi donuts and sponge cake are all asian sweet . The twisted donuts are american . Its basically an overpriced 85 degree with less choices and a bunch of "fusion" . My guess is the chain is asian own because its definitely sweets you will find in asia NOT FRANCE . This is false advertising!!! And seriously 35$ for 10 mochi donuts the company is out of their mind on the prices .these are 1.75$ if u go to regular chain donut store and 85 degree is 2$ or less per sweet .this is also under an apartment complex . The store is clean and new . A huge thank you for the staff for all wearing mask š the place is sanitary .there is barely any parking around its really inconvenient. Coffees are affordable prices started at 1.99 $/2.49$ for a small . Go there for the coffee you can find better sweets at 85 and better cakes elsewhere . All those sponge cake with load of sugar and cream are just plain nasty and dry š© this was simply not my cup of tea . I will stick to 85 for asian sweets .and PLEASE STOP CALLING IT FRENCH clearly anyone saying its french never went in france or had real french food . You can't just slap the word french on everything to inflate prices š the fruit tart was beyond disgusting the "custard" texture and flavor was all wrong and cheap.the chocolate buns were cheap chocolate pudding filling 𤮠Will never purchase sweets there again. It taste...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe pastry selection is always good but the service and the ambiance is definitely lacking. I came in this evening with my family and had to ask for something to wipe down their dirty tables. I was directed to some napkins from the counter, ridiculous. There were two males working the counter. One white and the other Asian. We usually come in twice a week and spend between $75 and $100. This evening, we spent about $80 on pastries and drinks that we enjoyed inside until I sent my son to ask for some water cups because the drinks were too sweet for my liking. When my son returned from his errand, he was visibely upset so I asked what the issue was. He explained to me that when he had gone to ask for the water cups, he was questioned who they were for. I immediately went and spoke with both of the employees and asked who had treated my son so rude. The Asian male said it was he and that he needed to make sure that my son was a customer. I explained to him that I had just spent $80 on food and drinks there and that he had no right to do what he did. I also expressed to him that if he didn't want my business to just say so. This experience totally ruined my night and needless to say, we will never return to such an unprofessional establishment that places more concern on water cups than cleaning their own filthy tables. I shouldn't have to provide receipts for water. This is still not a...
