We filed a complaint twice through the official website but never received any response, which is very disappointing.
We tried to place an online order using the app and carefully selected the correct location — Jordan Creek Town Center Store. However, after placing the order, the confirmation showed it was sent to a completely different store (Outlet of Des Moines). I’m not sure what went wrong with the app, but there was no option to cancel the order, which was already frustrating.
We immediately went to the Jordan Creek store in person to ask for help and hopefully get a refund. I understand weekends can be busy, but the manager’s attitude was impatient. Instead of helping us resolve the issue, they dismissed us abruptly and told us to figure it out ourselves.
In the end, we had to pay again for another order in person, and the original issue was never resolved.
This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun shopping day. We made a reasonable request after an error that wasn’t our fault, yet were treated with disrespect. This level of customer service is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

This particular day I notice all but one (1) employee working cussing, saying stuff under their breath, carelessly and not with effort completing task. I could tell that everyone working, was working because they had to and not because they want to. Even with that statement being said they barely acted like they had to have the job. Read moreI just want to shoutout the TWO employees working 12/23 at approximately 12PM. Customers were absolutely rude and impatient with your employees. They need to be paid more. If I were them, I would have walked out and quit on the spot. They deserve a holiday bonus for managing the huge lines from the holiday shopping and still keeping a good attitude! I told the guy merry Christmas afterwards and he was still kind and happy. Pretzels were still amazing and chewy. These employees deserve better. Extremely hard working and do well under pressure.
