OH. MY. COFFEE-LOVING HEART! I just had the most incredible experience at Barista's Bouquets, and I am still reeling from the sheer delight of it all! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the lovely owners, who radiated a sense of hospitality that immediately put me at ease. But let's get to the real star of the show: the coffee.

I ordered a latte with their signature house syrup, and oh. my. goodness. The flavors were like a symphony of deliciousness on my taste buds! The syrup added just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the rich, bold flavor of the coffee. And the texture? Perfectly balanced - not too thick, not too thin. It was like a warm hug in a cup.

But what truly sets Barista's Bouquets apart is the incredible service. There barista, in particular, was an absolute gem. She was attentive, kind-hearted, and genuinely interested in getting to know us. She listened intently to our morning rants (yes, i had some) and offered words of encouragement and support. It was like having a conversation with an old friend!

The atmosphere of the shop is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating areas and plenty of natural light. And a place fir littel ones to color. The decor is tasteful and eclectic, with a charming mix of vintage and modern touches, and beautiful flowers, did I mention the aroma? Ah-ma-zing! The scent of freshly brewed coffee wafts through the air, making your mouth water in anticipation of that first sip.

a MUST try in des moines. it just opened about 6 months ago and is already incredible!! amazing coffee, unique lattes, house made syrups, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and an aesthetic interior make this place probably the best coffee shop i’ve visited in dsm. there are plants all around which makes it super pretty and you can also buy them as well as floral arrangements. there are also many seating options, perfect for studying, chatting, or coming alone. oat is their only alternative milk choice, but this is because they are fully nut free! so for those with allergies, a great choice and one of the only nut free places in dsm. i also prefer a less sweet latte both for taste and health reasons and the vanilla latte i got was perfect with just a bit of sweetness and flavor but still a nice coffee flavor. i didn’t have to request half sweet like i usually do. so if you want it sweet, definitely...

All syrups are crafted with care, in-house, creating perfectly balanced drinks, plus they offer alternative milk options. The shop also moonlights as a charming florist, adding a delightful touch to the ambiance. With cozy tables up front and a lounge area in the back, it’s the perfect spot to relax or stil in to get some work done on your laptop.
