PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES BE WARNED
Management thinks your allergies and any other issues with your orders are funny. This location often ignores specifications in orders even when an allergy warning is noted. And they really donāt care. The manager, Madison, laughed when I spoke to her about these frequent issues. It will put your family in danger because they do not follow corporate protocol which requires every employee who prepares an order to SIGN their name on each ticket to ensure the order is correct. Madison confirmed not one single packaged order was signed to make sure it was correct.
This location is a cautionary tale in poor management and failure to properly train and monitor employees which is resulting in potentially dangerous situations for customers. While I empathize with the difficulty in finding workers, I canāt empathize with Madisonās lack of attention and lack of care towards the safety and satisfaction of the customers AND staff that she is responsible and represents for this entire facility.

Itās usually chock full of chicken salad, has some lettuce and tomato, as well as grapes and almond slivers on sourdough bread. Itās our favorite and reasonably low calorie. Weāve been using this location, which is nearest our home, for many years. We also use many other locations when weāre driving across the country to our second home, which we have done many times during the pandemic.
Today we ordered (online for takeout) āthe usualā from this location. The amount of chicken salad in these sandwiches was pathetic. Instead, the bulk was made up of a whole lot of lettuce ā some of which had gone bad. And hardly a grape or almond was to be found. A couple of weeks ago, we were in Ohio and order the same sandwiches. They contained about 3 times the amount of chicken salad.
I suspect the manager of this location is getting praised by HQ for lowering costs. Weāll need to find another location...

When I ordered & asked to have the salad dressing on the side, I was told that it automatically came on the side. Since I've had problems with missing items recently I checked my order before leaving. I found the chicken was missing for the second consecutive time. I then received a 2nd salad but this time the dressing wasn't on the side. I was then told conflicting info that the dressing doesn't automatically come on the side. This is unacceptable that the chicken was left out of a $9.49 priced salad, not once but twice. The manager wasn't impressive when I expressed my concerns after waiting to get the order corrected.
