Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Greenwich

Surprise ending. 3rd times a charm! (for me writing you that is). This AM stopped and carefully asked for Turkey Sausage, egg……NO CHEESE. Dialogue: You: Sorry sir no turkey sausage me: ok, plain sausage, egg……NO CHEESE. (the …..is a delay so that the person will understand, as I am very careful to say it clearly)

You at the window: Sausage, egg and cheese me: ya, except for “no cheese” You: ya, I don’t make it (I know this) Drive off I look at the ticket – it is PERFECT – just as I said it. Take my first bite – Sausage, CHEESE – NO EGG (this is the 3rd time)

There is a disconnect with the MAKER.

Do I turn around – no, I don’t have time and don’t wish to complain. Next time I will likely go down the street to the next Dunkin to see if they can understand I don’t want a MASS of fat in the sandwich

Or I could simply conform – order the whole sandwich and remove the cheese – bummer on me if there is no egg – maybe I could...

Absolutely terrible experience. I was traveling alone with my infant son and needed a bathroom. When I entered this location the bathroom was blocked off, I’m assuming due to covid. I explained to the worker that I had been traveling for 4 hours with my baby and that it was an emergency and asked for an exception. She went to ask her manager who showed zero empathy and didn’t even have the decency to come out to tell me no to my face. Instead the manager sent this poor girl back out to tell me I had to go somewhere else. I am assuming the workers are allowed to use this bathroom and am wondering how much more work it would have been to let a mother and her baby in...the answer is NONE. This establishment owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of the management. The lack of grace and decency is...

This is hands-down, the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that you could possibly choose to go to. The employees are rude and incompetent every single time without fail. To top that off, they refuse to take 2 orders from the same vehicle even though orders are being paid for separately. Don’t even get me started on the old red headed woman who I’m assuming is the manager…. She’s probably the worst of all to deal with. If you want Dunkin, go to any other one and save yourself the hassle and aggravation.

This is not a review for one single experience, I have had many bad experiences here. Unfortunately this Dunkin is close to me so when I’m in a rush I don’t have much choice. This location is a disgrace to...
