There’s no denying that they’re pizza is great quality but the customer service i recieve tonight was not even close to that ..i called around 7:00 pm to order 2 slices to be told they’re out for the night so i order a small fine, when i arrived i see customers ordering slices .. i asked the counter person can i order a slice she says yes . So i asked then why i was told you were out for the night ... her mouth drop . She said “ i can’t say we have any over the phone “ and i explain that’s completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. You told me something over the phone then i come to pick up my food & the complete opposite is happening.. she then appointed to the owner he approach me and said when i called there wasn’t any that’s was in duration about 10 min from when i did call so i highly doubt you didn’t know you were making the slices right ...about 3 customers walk in a got a slice before my pizza was ready if there weren’t any slices when i called so why wasn’t i told some was being made . Own up to your mistakes if you don’t want people ordering slices then don’t make it available there’s not a delivery option so it’s not like i was never going to go in and see slices being order . Sucks cause i love this place and never had a issue ordering slices before. They need to come up with a better solution because if i was told just to come in to order the slice then fine don’t make up lies to your regulars and not show remorse for your...

Huge delicious slices! Order one & you get two huge slices of really great pizza. The calzones & grinders are also excellent as are their fresh salads. I usually call in my order, often a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken & arriving 10-15 minutes later it's ready to go with plenty of off street parking in a well lit lot right off the Prospect St exit from I84. Hot juicy chicken with super fresh greens packaged separately & always delicious! Truly one of the best deals in Hartford & the service is phenomenal! The owner is running the kitchen daily & everything including the service is on point, right down to the greetings you get when walking in even when they're jamming busy! I definitely recommend calling ahead, although when I forget to call they are very quick & it's well worth the few minute wait! Ordered Angelina's via DoorDash for the first time tonight. The total came to about $53 with tax and tip, but when it arrived, it had the wrong toppings on it. Mistakes happen, no biggie. I reached out to DoorDash for either a refund or replacement since part of it was supposed to be plain cheese. DoorDash refused to do either, so I reached out to Angelina's directly. Even though they were short on drivers, and it was about an hour until closing, they made and brought us a medium plain cheese. I was floored. I gave the driver another $10 because he went out of his way, then we ate some of the most delicious pizza we've ever had. The crust is somehow crispy, yet soft and fluffy at the same time! I am getting daily radiation treatments, so I am exhausted and don't have the energy to cook most nights. Your pizza and incredible customer service made my week.
