I usually made a large order through the Goncha App. I gave them 30-50 minutes to make my order and yet each time they always late 20+ minutes. They prioritize in-person orders over online. What is the point and convenience using the app. Also the app has no way of telling if certain items is out of stock. I paid for the add-ons but ended up not getting them in my drinks. The new bubble waffle is a joke. They had a single machine and ordering 3 items took over 30 minutes to make. Ordered online at 6:22 PM. Arrived at the store at 7 PM and still waiting for item at 7:28 PM. I hope management read this and improve the service. You did not get slam. It seems to happen at least three times for me. A few times I did not pickup until 40 minutes later and someone stole my order. They have to make everything again and I had to wait 15 minutes while they remake it. Other time my order was so messed up it was not what i ordered. The Thai tea drinks were so watered down. I would love to give a five stars but canât until the service is improved. This review is a reflection of my experience at this franchise. The owner seems...

On a recent visit, the staff accidentally made the wrong order for me, but they were quick to fix it and made sure that I received the correct drink right away. Their customer service was great, and I appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue.
Another perk of Gongcha is the easy parking. There is a large parking lot right in front of the store, so it's always convenient to pop in and grab a drink. Plus, the location is convenient for running other errands in the area.

Read moreThe reason the teas taste funny and if youâre getting sick afterwards is because the owner has specifically told employees not to pour out the teas at the end of the day and to re boil them the next day to serve to customers so he can save money. When I used to work there I would pour the teas out and brew newer fresh tea however the owner would get upset that we are wasting tea, the same teas that sit and ferment in those canisters all night and on top of it the canisters have not been properly cleaned since the opening of the restaurant so you can imagine the mold, build up, and grime that is stuck up in the spouts. As far as customer service I donât know what is up with that but I can only imagine that the employees simply donât care because of the hostile work environment and working for someone who doesnât care about them. The owner has made it clear numerous of times that gongcha is his cheapest restaurant, makes him the least amount of money and that he doesnât care for it as much as he cares for his other two restaurants. If you want good reviews and happy employees treat...
