I am a vegetarian and I work in Nsw Haven, sometimes with odd hours and it's a looong drive home with limited options for a meal with flavor and some protein and a touch of veggies. I know BK is fast food and a massive corporation so I try to not need it, but when I do, this particular spot has some of the absolutely nicest people working the window. Idk who does the hiring but I hope you know you got a talent finding good people. After a long, hectic and sometimes emotionally exhausting day, having someone smile and maybe laugh with me absolutely makes my night. The best was the young person who offered me to add fries or mozzarella sticks to my order and when I said I was watching my sodium intake and as a vegetarian there were only so many choices on the menu, this quick witted and friendly employee asked if I wanted some bottled water 🤣. 100% had me cracking up. Can't even put words to how many times little upbeat interactions with the folk at the drive thru window has reminded me to see the good and be grateful I got a hot dinner that night. I can't say enough good about the people working there. I hope they hear this and know their work isn't just helping me, it's helping my family because I am happier and no longer hangry when I get home and they are helping me feel like we got good community in New Haven. ...
Read moreWorst customer service ever. Before the woman took my order she’s was on speaker and didn’t know it, she’s was cursing and complaining about someone. I tried to order, but she was rude so I decided to cancel my order. I pulled to the window and asked for a manager, I told the manager that her employee was rude and instead of making sure I, the customer was taken care of, was only concerned with telling me it was her first complaint of the employee. Disappointing behavior. I was in customer service for years and this manager would have been written up! I went home and called this establishment and the manager answered the phone. I ask her (Jackie) for the name of her district manager and she declined to give me the info. Claimed she didn’t know the name of the district manager, really?? I am not an idiot!! I will never go to this Burger King or any other! You should have taken care if your customer, it would have been the proper thing to do. Shame on you and your disgusting establishment....

Ok I get you you want to keep your timer down and look like you are doing great business to corporate but today I order 3 things they ask me to park around the building no one behind me and I had a small order so I asked how long cus every-time they “park” me it’s at least a ten min wait the manager says very rudely I don’t know a few mins! I then told her just give me my money back and I’ll go elsewhere because of how rude she is. She proceeds to tell me she can’t give me refund on to my debit card which I know is a complete lie so I told her to figure it out I no longer want the food and she then handed me a refund receipt back on my card so she basically lie to my face then proceed to slam the window shut in my face.
