Update:
This place is no longer allergy friendly because the employees do not read the order instructions pictures provided. The manager was nice enough to bring it back out to me because I ordered DoorDash and yet again they did not read the instructions of the order and just assumed that because the issue prior was then putting cheese on it that I needed everything else that came with it instead of reading the order. There are people out there with anaphylactic reactions. You need to be very aware of the order that you are making before you kill someone! Usually when people remove items from a dish it means that they are allergic it doesnât mean theyâre picky so please take this seriously before you kill someone.
Iâll be waiting to hear back from corporate. I left you a voicemail. It doesnât matter that your employee went above and beyond and probably broke the rules of the company by doing what he did he still didnât read the order with the items that were supposed to be excluded.
I provided a picture of the order and I provided pictures of the first order that clearly has melted cheese and the second order that clearly has pico. Neither one is edible for me. Even if I were to pick the pico off, the allergen is still there. Therefore I cannot eat this.
Below is a complaint from prior visit. I no longer will give this company my business now. Because not only in my out the money I paid for this I also donât have food to eat!!!
Basically stealing from its customers. I got the same amount of food as the kids meal, but I paid double the amount. Shrinkflation at its finest! But this company will no longer get my business. This is not okay! Itâs stealing from...
Read moreCosta Vida has quickly become one of my favorite go-to spots for fresh, delicious Mexican food. From the moment you walk in, youâre greeted with the aroma of freshly grilled meats, warm tortillas, and zesty saucesâitâs impossible not to get excited about your meal.
The quality of the ingredients is top-notch. Everything tastes like it was just madeâbecause it was. Their sweet pork is absolutely addictive, the grilled chicken is perfectly seasoned, and the lime-cilantro rice is the ideal complement. Plus, the portions are generous, so you definitely get your moneyâs worth.
One of the best parts is the customizable menu. Whether youâre craving a burrito, salad, or enchiladas, you can build it exactly how you like. And donât even get me started on the creamy tomatillo dressingâitâs pure magic.
The staff is always friendly, fast, and attentive, and the whole vibe of the place is upbeat and welcoming. Whether youâre dining in or grabbing takeout, Costa Vida never disappoints.

Read moreMy wife, daughter, and I love Costa Vida. There are gluten free and tomato free options, which my wife is very allergic to, which makes it a great spot for her to get different food than the norm. The food quality is always good, I'm always happy when I leave. Wife and daughter are as well
My only complaint is some of the staff seem completely put out and annoyed when my wife requests gluten and tomato free food. Such as wanting onions that has tomatoes spilled in it, so they walk 5 feet to the other line to grab some. I understand its different than other patrons, but maybe they should think of how difficult it is to find safe food options and not have to eat at home every meal. Some of the staff is very accommodating and polite about it though.
Anyways this...
