The workers here are very very unorganized. I made an order online and got to the restaurant to pick it up at the time it said. When I got to the restaurant no one greeted me or asked if I ordered already. I could see that they were busy in the back so I gave them a pass. You can clearly see all the workers in this restaurant. 1 was cooking. 1 was getting orders in to boxes. 2 workers were in the back filling up ranch cups. Why was that important, I don't know. I waited for 8 minutes longer than my time, which wouldn't be a big deal if they were slammed but I was the first person on the digital list on the wall. No one was ahead of me. Also I could see that my chicken was in the box the whole time it just wasn't packed. Yes, I should have spoken up when I got there but I didn't want to be that guy and I wasn't 100% that was my box. Finally, after more than 5 minutes one of the workers who was filling up ranch cups came up to put orders into bags. He packed mine, which was a super simple order. 20 boneless wings (that's it, no drinks, no fries, nothing else). After packing it in a bag, he placed the order on the shelf and went to do more packing. I saw that my name had a check on it on the list. I had to ask, "Is that order for (my name)? Read moreMy wife left a review a few nights ago. We never did hear back from the GM (or anyone) about our issue like we were told we would. We accidentally set our order for takeout instead of delivery. Upon realizing the mistake we asked to switch to delivery or to have the food remade so we could pick it up fresh. We were told they needed to ask the GM first. We waited several hours for a return phone call that never came. We called 3 times that night asking if there was a resolution. The food went bad waiting for a response. Here we are 3 days later, money withdrawn and still no contact back from anyone. We called 3 different times the night of and were told there was nothing they could do without the GM’s permission. I called them again tonight and they told us they would remake the food or refund us. We took the refund and will never be returning, especially after realizing how awful the experience of others are.
They have basically straight 1 star reviews. You’ll notice they don’t seem to care to respond to anyone. It’s true this location simply just does not do well and they dont care to resolve ongoing issues.
You would be wise to choose any of the other great restaurants in the area or even make the trip to the Wingstop on 9000s which at least has 3 stars. We will be contacting corporate to hopefully have them look into...

I asked them to remake the fries & Zack tried charging me again for them. I said I’m not paying again, his response was it is your problem that you arrived late which I didn’t I arrived when it told me to! He says not his problem it is the apps problem & I mentioned that isn’t my problem either that their app is having issues. He was very rude & didn’t care at all. Next day I called & talked to a manager & they gave me a credit for next order which was nice! I come last night to order food, the place was packed & waited an hour. The entire time the same guy was there he was so rude & looking at me crazy! People were complaining all around about the wait & he tells me & another lady to be quiet & stop talking about the service. Then a guy that works there told me I can grab a brownie for my daughter for a long wait & I didn’t grab it right away. I waited a couple minutes bc she didn’t want it at the time. Zack tries accusing me of just taking the brownie. He is seriously ridiculous & should not be a manager. Everyone around saw how he was mistreating me & everyone else around him!
