Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Lampeter Township

I called for delivery to the new facility out in willow street. Not only were they rude on the phone in person too. My pizza was completely burnt. I ordered a philly cheese steak pizza with American cheese. When I got it I said are they kidding me. I call them I asked to speak to the manager a gentleman gets on the phone I asked him why would they send a burnt pizza he doesnt put me hold he automatically puts a female on the phone. It was the lady named jessica who prepared the food. I asked why would you prepare something like this. She said this is what you ordered I said where in my order does it say burn the pizza and burn the cheese and where is the meat? You says it's all there. I said I'm driving out there. I drive all the way from Lancaster to willow street. When I get there I said may I speak to the manager I spoke to on the phone a gentleman with tattoos says that was me. I said as a manager on shift why would you allow a pizza to leave your store looking like this. He got smart and says you need to leave I said whattt?? Ge kept saying because off how my anger gets you need to leave😳. I said because your anger? How do you talk to your customer this way? I speak to the lady jessica who prepared the food she was rude as well and says I need it to calm down. Calm down how can you prepare food to me this way. And then to top it off they out a card with a paperclip on the pizza when it got delivered telling me I'm entitled to a free pizza. I acted like I was waiting for the manager James to see what they would do instead he tells me to get out and again and asking me why would I call his manager. I said you know what I'm going outside to wait for him. He then puts his jacket on comes outside saying ma'am your right I apologize. I said to him you had no business talking to me the way you need. Not once did I get ma'am how can I make it right? You didn't offer me anything instead I asked for my money. You gave it to me and you told me to get out. Where is the customer satisfaction at? I then said to him I dont wanna talk to you again. He then looks at me up and down and says I stand in what I said you need to leave. Are you kidding me? This kid named Cameron does not need to work with customers it is clear that he has no training on handling customers and yet a business. I left my number hopefully I get a phone call back. Clerk tried to rip me off. Lunch specials are $5.99 till 4. Look at receipt. I asked for my receipt because I knew she couldn't count. When confronted she said I did nothing wrong. Well if you can't count in your head, you deserve to get ripped off. Manager fixed the issue. He has always been a very nice man. She was trying to get combative with him, till he sent her to fix the food. After he corrected my order he apologized and had to make a delivery. I asked for a bag, so I could get my soda's. She threw the bag on the table. Fine and dandy all you needed to say I'm sorry I made a mistake. I would of said we all make mistakes and left it at that. But your attitude and getting caught trying to steal, how many people have you done this to? ASK for your receipt before you get your food so you can see if your getting ripped off. I put two separate order one using my cardio which I put a $16 tip and another paying cash. The first delivery driver came and I asked her if my second order was in there she said yes. I then informed her the second order was cash which I thought she new. We'll low behold she didn't delivered my second order and lied. I payed her plus tipped her for the cash order. Now mind you I already tipped her $16 for my first order then thinking she had my second order with her cause she confirmed it. I tipped her another $10. greedy much. Instead of giving the tip to the other driver she kept it. I will never order from this establishment that let's their driver steal from each other.
