Starbucks — Restaurant in West Lampeter Township

I come to Lancaster every couple months or so and stay within the area so heed this review. I had been hesitant about posting my review because I don’t want people flooding my “safe space” lol . I have been inside and the environment is welcoming and most importantly CLEAN! I’ve been to multitudes of Starbucks and majority of them are sticky and stale smelling. This is not case. No matter what I have ordered from THIS particular location all the employees are professional, courteous, and their customer service is definitely to rave about. They even go above and beyond with pointless chatter if you want and I appreciate them lol . Why the review all of sudden? It was my first time ordering for the drive thru and it was easy sailing. WHO EVER MADE MY VT MOCHA COOKIE FRAP TODAY AT 11:17 am …… I have no words …. Was my almond milk freshly squeezed lol ?? Uhm and INGENIOUS PUTTING WHIP CREAM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FRAP TOO ? why was my drink so heavenly ? Coffee used was EXTRA FRESH , chocolate chips were crunchy , mocha syrup was mocha’n 😂😂😂 And, as always my sandwich bread was fresh , not stale or weird tasting it was all on point. This is sad for me, but I am moving to a different city and this Starbucks staff is like no other staff at any establishment I've ever seen. They're always able to meet time frames, most often earlier than expected. And this place is almost always busy when I go (usually around 830am.) They're always cheerful with the right attitude. I've never had an order wrong and I honestly was never into Starbucks until one day, just because I've lived here my whole life and I saw a new establishment in my stomping grounds, I went.

If anyone from the staff reads this, thank you so much for all of your hard work, whatever culture your management is allowing. Keep it up and know you've made my mornings a hell of a lot smoother, also to the girl who accidentally made that bacon sausage wrap and gave it to me for free, thanks you started an addiction 🤣, my cholesterol is through the roof...

I dislike how the very nice people hand you the credit card machine in order to process your payment and it asks if you want to tip. I don't want to feel obligated to tip for a 5 or $6 drink that I'm already paying for. And I feel guilty if I do not but I don't feel like I should have to tip for something like this. The cost of the product is high enough that I feel that the company should be paying people enough so that they aren't having to ask for tips. I realize it is an option but I don't like it forced down my throat. Otherwise the product is great locations are great service is always great but everybody's always holding their hand out for more and that's where I have the problem. It should be voluntary and not something you feel obligated to do. That's how it feels on my end. I almost want to pay cash so I don't feel like I'm letting them down.
