Store manager should be fired!!!!!! Extremely rude. Said were holding up the line when we had a question about an online order. We ordered at the wrong place by mistake and he refused to help us. Even slammed the door on our face!!! Extremely rude. Did I curse at him. Yes, I did, at the end after he belittled us and acted like we are are idiots. Didmt even give us a receipt and gave us cold fries. We had to travel to the bk in millersville where I placed my order by mistake. They took care of me with no problem. Super nice, and coutereous. Alex helped me at the millersville location. If you ask me, promote him to store manager. I have a degree in business management and I would have never treated a paying customer like that!!! I will be calling corporate as well. The African american gentleman over at willow street was very nice until he was rudely interrupted by the store manager. Make him the store manager. He deserves it. I have mental health issues myself, but I sure as hell don't take it out on my fellow customers! I have been to bk prob a 100 times and was never ever ever disrespected like...

I stopped in at the Burger King in Kendig Square, Willow Street, because it was my last chance at a quick bite during a crazy day. I planned to eat while driving.
While my sandwich was assembled, I had a few moments to watch inside, and it wasn't pretty. The fry station had loose food all over it, and what looked like discarded fry containers littered the work surface.
The staff were quite literally walking on food and trash in the kitchen area. Not a little mind you, but enough they were more likely to land on something other than floor with every step.
I saw no gloves, hair nets, or any other kind of sanitary gear. My food was bare handed put together and bagged up, handled all the way.
I took my chicken sandwich and fries, went to my truck, and tossed the bag in the bed. The chickens at home liked it. NEVER AGAIN.

Read moreI don’t normally do reviews for fast food restaurants because you kind of know what you are going to get. I am reviewing this restaurant because of the attitude of what appeared to be the manager. She does not deserve this title, if that is what she is. We ordered at the drive-thru, 4 breakfast meals this morning. 2 out of the 4 meals were correct. 4 drinks and 3 straws, is a little in convenient. The lady taking the order was very pleasant and patient. The lady that handed us our food was very nice, as well. The lady assembling our food, who appeared to be the manager, was was mumbling “is McDonald’s open, yet?!” Rolling her eyes and acting as if it is inconvenient that someone has come to a restaurant for food. Funny how it works, isn’t?! All while setting the mood for the other employees. If I were the owner or GM of this restaurant, I would want to know this employee’s behavior.
