Ben and Scooter's Hanover — Restaurant in West Manheim Township

Great ice cream place. A "hole in the wall" sort of place. What I mean by that is, the look of it is very deceiving for the quality of the food. A group of us went and got ice cream from Ben and Scooters and man was it good. I personally got a Flurry which had a fair mix of Reese's peanut butter cups and ice cream. When you I think of Flurry, you would think McDonalds. I was expecting about the same quality. Boy was I wrong. They used soft serve (I believe it was this) in the flurry they offered and it was really good. The other people in the group enjoyed their dishes as well. Highly recommend. Worst part about this place, they ruined my dairy queen blizzards and McDonald's flurries because Ben and Scooters flurry tasted soooo...

Visited Ben & Scooters tonight and had an awesome experience. The ice cream is absolutely delicious and the service was extraordinary. The staff offer exceptional service and are are happy to offer assistance and/or recommendations. The peanut butter parfait was fantastic; highly recommend! I really hate to post a negative review. Maybe this will motivate a change. Today I got two jumbo snowballs and one medium. All three had too much syrup and not even packed down. They even managed to fill them up a third of the way. It was like I received a fountain soda with marshmallow mixed into it.
