News: Avoid at all costs!
Update 9/28/20: A steady decline in customer service and availability over the last 2 years has resulted in one of the worst DD locations. Its hit or miss whether they have items. If you pre-order you won't even be told, you will simply be surprised when you get to your destination. They can't refund for unavailable items. Steer clear until they get their act together again.
Update 7/14/18: Good news, improvements all around. Customer service seems to have improved, and it's a new crew. Hopeful it stays a positive trend.
Update 6/2/18: Its gone downhill even more. Several times now they didn't have some of the core staple items. I now go out of my way to avoid.
Update 4/8/18: AVOID until they fix thier management issues. Out of my last 3 visits they got the order wrong at the drive thru 3 times. Thats 100%. Lack of attention to details. Bad or lax attitudes. And playing or joking rather than getting it right. Time for a change in staff from top down. Sad cause it was such a good place, and they were getting it right consistently. Then staff changed and it went down hill fast. But until its fixed, I would and plan to go out of my way to avoid this location. I'll try now and then just to see if it's better, and will report updates.
Update: I gave a sparking review a fee years ago as they had made an amazing transformation. But in the last 6 months it has take a sad turn for the worse. The employees don't care. Orders are messed up frequently, wait times are terrible, frequently don't have things. Very sad, as they were dli g so well. Must be a change of mamagement or owner, not pushing for the right employees.
At one point a few years ago this location was terrible. But in the last 2 years they turned it 180 degrees around. Accurate orders, friendly staff, and no long waits ranks this among the best Dunkin Donut drive throughs. Get a DD Perks app and card and you can enjoy free drinks now and then. Even the squirrels enjoy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreItās 9:30 on a Sunday. Plenty of parking spaces. I go into the the store but the door is locked. I check the other and itās open. I walk and the first thing I am asked over the counter (not sure who is talking) is if I am picking up an order. āNopeā She comes around the coffee maker and asks if itās a big order. āIām just ordering a coffee.ā Then she says āwell just letting you know weāre really busy and thereās only four of us.ā Me: āThatās fine. I am in no hurry.ā Employee: āok because weāre trying to close the lobby, thatās why the door was close. Do you know what you want?ā And she definitely had a tone. I calmly told her I did not know yet as I had just got in. I look at another customer getting her coffee and looked at her in astonishment and she returned the same look back. The rudeness of the employee was quite odd.
Two more people come in and the employee then criticizes a gentleman holding a door open for a lady and for letting people in. THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED. Signs say open. The man looked at her, also in astonishment, and the lady he let in gave a look as if asking she did something wrong. I couldnāt believe it. And I said as much. āI have never heard of a store kicking customers out.ā And I just walked out. A couple minutes later, everyone e else did too. The drive through had maybe 6-7 cars. It was not that busy and you definitely donāt treat customers like that.
Since writing this, half a dozen customers were told the lobby was closed and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMorning staff was extremely rude and Iām pretty sure the kid working drive thru (Bradley) was high. My husband and I entered the drive thru at 11 am. One vehicle in front of us. We didnāt leave till 11:20am. Sat in our vehicle and had eaten our sandwiches before our drinks came out. The kid working the drive thru didnāt give me a receipt. We asked three times, then leaned towards the window and yelled into the window for a receipt. Finally it took another employee telling this kid TWICE that we wanted a receipt, the kid reached backwards through the window as if expecting me to reach into the store to take my receipt. Rude and unprofessional. Finally get our drinks, I asked the same kid for straws. He had earbuds in his ear and a Dunkinā headset. We asked him again, blank stare. Then finally he removed the Dunkinā headset and said āsorry?ā. We again, obviously agitated at this point, said āstraws, can I get straws?ā. Then a shorter African American lady, sorry didnāt catch a name, came into view and said in a very nasty tone, āyou could be nicerā. Words were exchanged with this lady, meanwhile the kid at window staring blankly at us. As we start to pull away, he āwoke upā and asked, āIām sorry is there a problem?ā They slammed the window closed and...
