Where do I begin! I order online on Friday night. The tracking gauge indicated that my ordered was out for delivery; however, 1 1/2 went by and I had not received it. When I called the store a female answered after making me hold 20 mins., and she picked my call back up and said we aren't taking any phone orders and hung up before I could inquire about my prepaid online order. 30 mins. later a gentleman made the delivery and gave me the wrong order and said they didn't have certain products so substituted. They were closed by the time he made it so the phone just rung when I tried calling back that night. Soooooooooo, Sunday afternoon my husband and I ordered again (giving them benefit of the doubt). After 2 hours, I got in the car and drove to the location. I yelled hello for 5 mins. before a young lady came out looking stressed and overwhelmed explaining she was in the bathroom. I explained that I was waiting for 2 hours for a delivery and she explained that the general manager, the other manager and their children quit friday (the 1st day I had a bad experience) and it was just her their making the food and an older lady delivering. Read moreSo I call today at about 10:30 to Order on a credit that was placed on my acounnt a few month back we drive truck and our company’s here but we don’t come through a lot. So I Orderd the 17.99 deal cheesy bread 2 topping pizza and a sandwich bacon ranch chicken that came out perfect the driver was really nice the cheesy bread came out perfect but the pizza came out a mess cheese and sauce all over the crust 3 Pieces had no toppings but the cheese and sauce there was cheese and sauce all over the end of the box on the inside all over the crust it looked like someone dropped in and I got it then I called to tell them the young lady picks up the phone very nice very respectful say we can do anything on a pizza given on a credit sorry but yet the reason for the credit was the last one was worse then this one and she tells me well we are sorry but we can’t do anything then she said well maybe the driver did it or maybe it was hot and that’s how it happend so no matter how it happend you do agree and given me reasons how this happens and yet can’t do nothing about it I’m done I tried to give it another shot but I’m sorry I can’t I don’t want nothing else last time was about 3 months ago 3 months later same kinda way yeah nothing changed...
Read moreDo not order from this location. I placed an order for delivery and was tracking it through the order tracker. The tracker said that the order had been delivered and no one knocked on the door. I called the store and was informed that the driver had returned my order to the store. When I questioned why no one knocked, the gentleman on the phone could not give me a satisfactory answer, just that maybe that was the way the driver was trained. I explicitly selected for the driver to hand me my order which means knock on the door and hand it to me. I could hear the driver in the background talking trash and that is definitely not appreciated. I was told that I would have to come pick the order up and when I told them that that wasn’t an option they said that the driver could not bring it back since he had other orders. If I was able to pick it up then I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. This location is very unprofessional and the employees need to be trained better. I would give 0 stars if I could. I had them refund my order. I will also be contacting the corporate office as this was ridiculous. Store...
