Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Memphis

My family and I ordered two pizzas, wings, and crazy bread for dinner. They were offering a waived delivery fee special so we opted for delivery. When the delivery guy showed up one pizza was missing. When my husband asked him about it he said he was actually a door dash employee. We didn’t use door dash to order so I guess that’s what this little Caesar’s was utilizing for delivery today. So we called Little Caesar’s and told them about the missing pizza and they said they would send a new one. We never ended up receiving a pizza so my husband called again. They told us it wasn’t their fault and they would not refund the cost of the pizza. They told us to make a complaint through door dash, which isn’t possible because we didn’t order through door dash so there’s no order number to reference. The manger hung up on us. Let me set this up, their marketing totally got me. I was running late for a get together so instead of getting fast food I decided to give them a try. I walked in and waited 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged even though I was the only one in there and waited a few more minutes before someone came to the counter. When the girl walked up I asked for a deep dish ready made pizza, she said they didn't have any made. I remarked " the sign says you should from 4-8" it was almost 5 , the girl literally looked at the sign and said "yup" I then asked for the regular one, she said they didn't have that either. The food was delicious. My complaint is I asked for a stuffed crust supreme pizza. Oh I got what I asked for alright. But I was charged for an ultimate pepperoni $9.99 then $2 extra for each additional topping...... making my pizza nearly $20. Supreme was advertised at $9.99. If I had to pay more for the stuffed crust I am willing obviously. I paid for it. When I placed my order the girl said you will pay when you pick up. Never mentioning her difficulties placing my order. I didn't know a thing until the young man rang me up and he said that the correct price. I just wanted to know why 2 pizzas at $9.99 and one $4 dessert cost me $33. Poor communication with paying guests. All this could have been easier for me with some better...
