I arrived at 9:30 PM and waited in line for 25 minutes until I reached the service speaker at 9:55 PM. The employee on drive thru said they were closed and had no more chicken for the night. I stated I only wanted a chicken sandwich and Google Maps said they close at 10 PM. The employee then responded with, “My cook said he can make one for you.” I said thank you and proceeded to pull up. I then waited another 10 minutes until it was 10:05 PM until I finally got to the window. No employee approached the window so I knocked on it to get someone’s attention. The employee came to the window and I had to ask if my chicken sandwich was still being made, he said yes, and then I had to ask how much it was and when I was handing him my debit card he dropped it on the ground outside. I had to get out of my car to pick it up. I asked him what was going on with the delays and mishaps and he rolled his eyes at me. The cashier appeared to be under the influence and was laughing with his coworker while professing my transaction. Finally I was given my sandwich and I asked for honey sauce packages. I was given honey mustard instead. Then I realized my chicken sandwich was a huge breast piece, hard to chew because of the meat to bread ratio, and it was placed in a fish sandwich package. I told the boys to have a good night but was greeted with silence. Incredibly rude staff, a dirty and unorganized restaurant, ridiculously long wait times, and employees under the influence. Don’t go to this location! Save your time and your money.

We dine here with my favorite fried chicken, yummy fries, and the best biscuits. The place is very accessible when you’re in west Memphis. The crews are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is clean although it can only accommodate a few customers due to a limited space but that’s understandable.

Waited 53 minutes for our food. Front counter lady was exceptionally rude. Couldn't professionally answer what the ingredients were on a sandwich. Majority of the crew had zero sense of urgency. Took a picture so this employee could be trained in "give a crap" skills.

Either the store needs to change their posted hours, or they need to clean house. We pulled up to a darkened store at 551 pm on January 2nd. There were still employees in the building. We looked to see if there were hours posted on the door, but the only change posted was for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. So we tried the drive thru. We sat at the drive thru box for a few minutes after seeing that there were a couple cars waiting at the window. I tried calling the store to see if we could get any answers about what was going on. After 14 rings, it became blatantly obvious that that wasn't going to work. So we pulled forward and waited until the cars ahead of us got their food. At that point, the employee at the window told us that "they were closed at 6, and anyway, they had sold out of all the food they'd prepared. But the store opens tomorrow at 10". Even if the store was supposed to close at 6, we were there before, and it wouldn't have been too difficult to inform us over the drive thru order box. Not impressed. Either fix the hours so that people don't have false information, or investigate the employees for closing early. 0/5 if possible, and I'll be contacting...

On 2/22/2015 at about 13:15hr. at Popeyes Restaurant 1344 N. Missouri St., West Memphis, AR 72301. I was cheated. I ordered for 3piece chicken & a drink and tendered in a $20.00 bill to the cashier at the counter, My cost was $7.00 and change. the cahier gives me back change of $2.00 and cents. I told him I had given him $20.00 and he said it was $10.00. This turned into an argument with no winner. At this point the cashier calls I guess his supervisor (dressed in black & green ) who told me they had to count the cash to establish my claim. He pulls the cash tray from the till machine & disappeared behind with his cashier. Moments later he returns and tells me, sorry it was $10.00. I told him frankly there's no way I can verify his claim either. I was upset and felt cheated in broad day light, I walked off without my order. I said you can have it all thank you. Make no mistake here, I'm not complaining about my change I lost, but the boldness of an individual denying having received $20.00. As for me, this is probably the last time I ever go to that...
