So I arrived with 1 car at the window and one in front of me it took 14 mins before the guy at window left the guy in front finally ordered than I get to window and ask for 2 bean burritos stated they was for an autistic child and she would like extra onion and sauce please so that it can be not sooo messy. Well normally all the taco bells I go to they charge 20 cents extra for onions per burrito but never a charge for the extra sauce lol they here charge $1.20 for the extra sauce for both that's 60 cents each. Wow I asked 2 times like why but they are rude I didn't feel I was rude just wondering why they are the only taco bell that's ever charged and why so much makes no sense at all non smh. And let's just say that it's not much extra sauce for that price cause it wasn't all spilling out of the burritos (thank God) but I'm sure u get the point. I have an autistic child that won't eat it unless it's a certain way so had to do it regardless. She ate her food than looks in the bag for napkins and guess what?,...
Read moreSo the service was kind. The food was an Issue though. So I walk in right at about 9:44 to start my order at the Kiosk. They inform me that the lobby closes at 9:45, really politely. To get me out of there they ask me what I want and I tell them, however I still sent the order through so they knew what I was asking for.
The order was a singular bean burrito, no red sauce or onions with extra cheese and beans.
They made the order quick and sent me off with a free bean burrito.
The problem is that they loaded it with red sauce and took no time to make sure that they got it right.
I mean yes you get what you pay for, but it felt kind of insulting that they rush me out for one small to-go snack and they didn't even get it right.
Not trying to get anyone in trouble, it just would have been nice if the order was right.
Does the lobby really close at 9:45? If so, I think being rushed out after walking in at 9:44 for one singular item (free or not), they could at least have been made said...
Read moreMy husband is a Truck driver and tried to walk up to order food today, he stood at the speaker for 5 minutes while I was on the phone and no one acknowledged him, no one came out and as he flagged cars to go ahead and order he'd tell them "go ahead, I'm a truck driver, they're not going to pay attention to me and I can't get my rig in the drive through". No one would help him! Disgusted, he walked away and I called and spoke to the gal working the drive up around 11am and explained to her that he was trying to get food, no one would help. She said this is a policy set by corporate. I told her they have no problem receiving loads of their food supplies from truck drivers, but they won't do anything to help them! This is shameful given what is going on right now. More and more resources are being limited and getting food is becoming more difficult for drivers than ever and this isn't acceptable! Taco Bell should be black balled if this is how they are going to treat the...
