I go to this location nearly every morning and the morning crew has always been great. I rarely go in the evening but the few times I have its been not as good. Very slow, never can tell if lobby open or not, says 24 hours but twice I've been late night and wasn't open, and have gotten wrong order once. One morning even told the lady that morning deserves a raise and the night crew needs replaced and she laughed and got a kick out of it. It is true though. Well I hated what hated yesterday morning because they have always been great. So the mobile app the past few days for whatever reason says the Frappes are not available during breakfast hours. Hmmm a coffee beverage not available for breakfast? Buy you could still order one and pay regular price. I use the frappe deal nearly every morning. When I spoke to manager and told her she would not do anything at all to take care of the customer. I had enough points on rewards to get it free but the app like I said...says not available for breakfast. We could have done several things to take care of it. I could have used the 4500 points on another item and coulda just made the frappe instead. Could have used 3000 points and order an iced coffee on the reward on mobile app and I woulda given a couple extra dollars. Something somehow it could have been done. But she wouldn't even hear it for a second. Just flat-out no if doesn't work on the app. Not even a brief moment to try. For a customer who comes there nearly every morning. So I ordered on the points just a iced caramel coffee. I guess putting it in the machine with a little ice and a shot of whip cream on top would have bankrupted the store and would take up another minute of time. I woulda paid the little bit of difference. I just couldn't belive she would not take care of the customer in any way whatsoever. A couple months ago the machine was broken. Well they git fixed and a week later was broke again and it took a couple weeks this time to get fixed. So haven't had any problems the past few weeks since until yesterday. Read moreI went last night. The inside was closed so I went to the drive through. Only problem was that my vehicle couldn't go through it. So, I walked up and asked if the cashier could take my order. She was polite and said they were not sappose to do that but I could order on the app. She tried to assist but the app was giving me issues. So she went ahead and took my order. I could hear the other employees in the background carrying on because she took my order at the window. That was just extra that I should not have to hear as a customer. If it was that much of an issue I didn't have to have the food it wasn't that serious. I wasn't dying of hunger and other restaurants were open. I walked to the 2nd window to get my order. Just rude for no reason. No sense of customer service at all. I had a child with me so I didn't respond how I really wanted to. (Nice nasty). So i just smiled and said thank you. If you don't like your job you should find something else. It's not my fault. At least pretend to like it until you find another. The disrespect of it all. Why they had to act the way they did was beyond me. Even my very young child was confused and didn't understand. On top of that, The food was barely warm. The fries were cold. Read moreSadly have to even rate this McDonald's night crew a 1 star. We just left this place with a refund. We stopped in after a 8-hour drive with 5 more to go late in the evening with our kids (6/2/18 10 pm) to prepare the truck for a storm ahead of us. There was one family that ordered in front of us. After 15-20 minutes, the other 3-4 people that ordered after us plus the family before us all got their food but not us. Our 11 year old ordered a Mcgriddle so I figured that's what the wait was all about however their screen showed our order was "now serving" and 20 more minutes later I asked one lady where our food was and she insisted the "one" gal working the line was bagging my fries now without even double checking it was my order. Trying to keep my calm in front of the kids, my husband stormed in and demanded a refund and no one was apologetic at all. After giving my refund, the lady or night manager or who ever sue was insisted I throw away my own cups of water. We will never go to a McDonalds ever again. Worst crew I've ever seen. Could not even tell who was the manager because no one gave a damn. I've worked the restaurants for many years and I've never been a big complainer because I understand the struggles in the industry but for real, learn to fake it better!
