Wendy's — Restaurant in West Memphis

Nakerra took my order and she was extremely rude. I ordered a #1 substitute fries with a chili with cheese, and she told me the total before I was done ordering. She was rushing me to order and never repeated it. When I got my receipt I noticed she had rung me up for a potato with cheese instead of a chili with cheese. I told her about it right away and she told me that’s what I ordered. I got my food and sure enough I received a potato. I again explained to her that that’s not what I ordered and she rolled her eyes and walked away without helping me. I then spoke to the manager, and even she was rude and said that’s what I ordered and that they already made the potato, even though it wasn’t what I ordered. She did end up replacing it for me hesitantly and the whole experience was really unprofessional. Nakerra didn’t give me my drink either and I had to ask the manager for it. We all have bad days, I get it, but based on other reviews for this location, this appears to be a common thing unfortunately. When I got my burger it was also cold. It’s clear this store has a staffing issue and that the staff doesn’t want to work. If I were Wendy’s corporate, I’d clean house and reopen once the customer service was up to where it should be. Terrible experience, and avoid this location please. Too many other places to go to with much...

This must be a bad day....the store is FILTHY, there are employees playing on their phone. The manager asked her staff to quit taking orders for about 5 minutes because they were in the weeds. When finally I got to place my order, apple pecan salad, they ended up telling me they had to drop chicken. 15 minutes later, after watching other orders go out the door, I had to ask where my order was? They asked me what my order was and again said they were waiting on the chicken. I asked them how long it takes to cook chicken. Response was 5 minutes...I showed them my receipt with the time. Then they said they were putting it together. WELL......I left with Salad in hand, drove 5 miles to the truck parking area and stopped to eat my salad. Guess what, the chicken was not hot at all...refrigerator COLD. AND I honestly think they took an outdated salad, threw some fresh greens on top because the greens and apples under the chicken is SLIMEY. I have tried to call the store but no answer, of course. I'm never stopping here again. So, now I need to stop somewhere down the road. I think because truck drivers grab and go, this location doesn't care. It's not like we can turn...

One star is being generous. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Went in for some spicy nuggets. Was told they were out. Then ask for a potato and the women rudely yelled to the woman in back to ask if they had them. She said yes and that we were in luck. A guy behind us wanted a chicken sand which and they "were out" I'm pretty sure they were only given out what they had cooked. And wasn't going to cook anything that took some time. Ordered a frosty with our food but instead of making our food which took 15 minutes and then making the frosty. They made the frosty first which was mostly melted by the time we got our food. The rest of the order goes: wrap had chicken hanging out with so much ranch dressing that it was pouring out bet they're out of ranch now and LARGE fries were in fact a SMALL order that was cold and unsalted. The woman working the counter had no care for the customers. I just wonder if she would be happy if someone like her took her order like that would she be happy. I'm pretty sire she doesn't make her own food this poorly. IN CONCLUSION SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET A BAG OF CHIPS FROM THE GAS...
