McDonald's — Restaurant in West Mifflin

I am a brand new employee of McDonalds. I had a wonderful experience today with Taylor and Shawn. I was so excited to get bck to work after a long time. The orientation went GREAT! We played some games pertaining to OSHA and safety policies, etc. I ended up getting two tickets for my efforts and was really excited until I went to the counter to redeem my tickets. First of all, the young lady got my order wrong (which was sad) because all I ordered with my free tickets was a 10pc. Check it chicken nuggets and a double quarter ponder. During the whole time the manager (whoever she was) was clearly frustrated and VERY RUDE TO ME. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. She treated me not like the customer that she should have, but like the employee who got on her nerves because I wanted to use both my tickets (which no one sd I couldn't when I received them ). First she rolled her eyes and sd; U usin both tickets? And I responded yes, I mean can't I? She then in a very nasty tone sd; well I'll let but I don't do that. So I sd; they didn't say I couldn't and then in a nasty tone while her face was scrunched up rolling her eyes, she sd; hmm, I'll do it but. Rolling her eyes again started punching in the second part of my order. Then With her mouth poked out she turned in a way that sd; u get on my nerves. I was completely FLOORED. UNBELIEVABLE!! I'VE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SOMEONE SO NASTY AND IGNORANT before my eyes. I don't even have the same feeling I had all this past week leading up to this day. 9/17/2019. I am completely blown by the whole experience. Then since I noticed that the girl put the wrong sandwich in and told her, she then got the managers attention and sd what sandwich I wanted and as GOD IS MY WITNESS, U WOULD NOT BELIEVE HOW DISGUSTING SHE WAS. OMG! I HAVE SEEN MANY THINGS IN MY LIFE AND HAVE EXPERIENCED MANY DIFFERENT WALKS OF LIFE, but that woman was the worst PERSON I'VE EVER, EVER encountered. I would STARVE before I would go there again. Fortunately, I am working at the McDonalds on 51. (Clairton Blvd.) with one of the best women I've ever met. She's pleasant, caring, and would NEVER act like that girl -(because she doesn't deserve to be called a human being, or woman). Shawn is what McDonalds needs for life. That other manager in West Middling, off of Lebanon church Rd., should have never been hired let alone be a manager. I can't even express how I feel right now. But it's not over. If I don't do anything else in my life, I will make sure that the owner knows who she has working for her. That girl just completely TARNISHED the reputation of that McDonalds.. And I want everyone to know about her complete ignorance Thank you, ...

I am not against McDonald's chain but this particular place is very bad, I even complained on their website multiple times but no use, I went to this place multiple times, they don't clean the store even if they are sitting with no customers, common there is lot of ketchup on the floor some body dropped their drink all the tables are dirty I had to clean my self and sit there, I sat there for 1 hour and it's not busy hour but no one tried to clean it, I have observed this multiple times, then I stopped going in to the restaurant and started going through drive throughs this is another night mare, they always screw up orders ok I can understand if it's a mistake, but what if its intentional ? , once I ordered a chicken wrap it was night time around 10:30pm lady took my order when I went to the window she said she's out of chicken asked me to wait so that guy in the back cooking a fresh batch, I said no problem, They asked me to pull up n wait , I did after 15 mins she came to me n said sorry they completely forgot about me, give 5 mins I'll bring ur food I said ok, in 5 mins my order was ready I went to home to eat, it tasted funky do I opened my wrap, guess what I found ??? A mcchicken cut in to half with ranch on it, no tomato no bacon, no lettuce nothing I was like wow so they thought people are stupid don't notice the taste?? They could have said they are lazy and don't wanna cook, I could have left to another place, of-course I'll be pissed but could have went to another McDonald's, but now I stopped going to this store, I'm going to Burger King near by, I'm still not against McDonald's but...

This is probably one of the better McDonald's in the area. I lived in East liberty for 4½ years and never once did I go there and not wait at LEAST 10-15 minutes and I'd be one of 2 or 3 cars at most. It's ridiculous considering there is TWO McDonald's in that area. I digress lol anyhow, West Mifflin McDonald's on Lebanon Church Road has two order lanes but, the girl working the register at the first window and taking the orders could not get my order correct. It took me explaining it 4 times at the first window for it to finally be correct and it wasn't even a difficult order!!!!! It was a sausage McMuffin (without egg), a hashbrown, a #2 meal sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, large coffee 5 cream 2 sugar in it. She had it all sorts of messed up. Idk what was so difficult or confusing but in the end, it got corrected and with there being at least 7 cars in line, me being the 4th, it was a short wait! Less than 7 minutes! Try emailing McDonald's for a complaint though and you won't get any resolution, other than we will let the management know at that location....like seriously? If my stuff is all messed up and I can't go back and wait yet another 20 minutes in line with a 5 year old that says he's starving, yinz should DEFINITELY be making some sorta effort to give me a free $1 coffee/soft drink or SOMETHING!!! But they don't do that! Well, all in all, if you need to go to the South end of West Mifflin, you can be sure you'll have a good experience at the Lebanon Church...
