Firehouse Subs Lebanon Church Street — Restaurant in West Mifflin

Watch before you pay!!! They charged us for two large drinks after we ordered two combos that included drinks. We didn't catch it until we paid. The cashier went back to talk to the manager about a cash refund and came back to say the general manager had to give back the cash and she wasn't there. The manager never came out to talk to us. Filed a complaint via email and we'll still waiting for our refund/a call a week later! The food was good but not worth the price...

This place is a joke. I hope firehouse subs corporate see this. I ordered a meatball sub on door dash, for starters 30 dollars is insane but the price isn’t the issue. I am waiting almost an hour when the store reaches out to me that they are out of meatballs and the store is closing they will offer a refund. this place needs lots of improvement. customers were asking for refunds because the take out order wait time was over 45 minutes long and then they tell us that they lost our order and the food was not as expected and a little pricey for what you get. sorry firehouse but it only takes that one time and that’s it for me. good luck with trying to keep...
