Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Milwaukee

I went to pick up an order for door dash. I patiently waited at least 5 minutes before i was acknowledged and then a male employee came to the counter and was very rude to me. I told him the name and before he even went to the computer he got an attitude and told me the order was to far back in the computer. when i questioned what that ment he said i can make the order if you read me what you have. i showed him my phone and he said rudely like I said before read me the order and I can make it. I asked if he was serious and he said yeah orders aren’t premade which is a lie. I’ve DoorDashed there before and I said never mind I’ll just drop the order. He said so what everybody’s dropping it and then I said, I’m going to report your attitude because you’re being rude and he turned and swore at me as he threw his hands up. I am not trying to be a Karen, but no one should be treated like this. and this is probably why that woman’s order kept...

I just left Taco Bell and had to hop on here to warn others—DO NOT go here at night. First off, the customer service was a total disaster. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering food.

Then came the food… Cold. Like, straight-out-the-fridge cold. And let’s talk about the chicken nuggets—why do they even serve these? They were dry, rubbery, and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since lunchtime (or maybe last week?).

To top it all off, I asked for one drink and got a completely different one. No apology, but fix it with a shrug and a closed window.

Day shift usually holds it down, but the night shift? Absolute chaos. If I wanted cold food and attitude, I could’ve stayed home and cooked something I hate.

Taco Bell, do better. Or at least hire a night crew that knows how to care. It happen every time I come here at night. I only go to it because...

Workers were all very rude, including the manager, made me and my fiancé very uncomfortable. The cashier took our order and we said we wanted to eat there and she acted like that was the biggest inconvenience she has encountered. One of the cooks who was a very nice younger girl brought our food out in a bag. Not sure if that was supposed to be a hint for us to leave or they just didn't want to wash trays. Another worker was cleaning the bathrooms and gave us a very dirty look and rolled her eyes as were sitting there eating. The manager was making derogatory comments about me and what I had ordered and didn't care that I heard him. Then they didn't bring me my drink and I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to notice me. They did, but they just didn't care and the only nice employee notices me and asks me what I needed and got it right away. So safe to say,...
