God bless you . My family and I went there last night to celebrate my four-year-olds passing k3 test . And though the store was closed inside because they were short staffed .. and though the employee taking orders seemed new as well and a bit confused. I just wanted to say the manager â or person there packing the food .. was helping her and was extremely nice and helpful .. though at some point there seem to be a misunderstanding between new employee and I .. The manager step in to fix the order.. I just wanted to say that when we Received our food the food was hot fresh this visibly look good all the condiments were there forks nothing was missing in the order though we had to eat in my van and thatâs not the way we wanted it ..I was pleased then the newer employee when she gave me my food she apologized for the misunderstanding which I told her it was OK ..I understand they were short staff it was also raining as she possibly couldnât you hear me clear but I just wanted to say whoever was in the kitchen too and them did a fine job Though they were short staffed the overall experience was very nice . I was very pleased with the visit . thank you so much. I tried calling after we were done eating to tell them ..But they were extremely busy and the phone does not have a answering machine my receipt says the cashiers name was Jamia C and And he says that the service name is Kelis G . 6:48 pm . 05/03/21 order #477581i wish they had a survey in the bottom of the receipt and that they get some king of incentive for working unseat pressure like that .    Read moreextremely disappointed! i went on the rockys website to order online. i was given the option to get delivery and chose that. i paid a delivery fee of $4.57 AND did a tip for the driver. i placed my order at 7:11pm and was expected to receive it by 7:58pm. i kept checking my the "track my order" option in the confirmation email i received and it kept saying that the delivery person was going to be picking up the food but never did. i was confused that the delivery was through door dash although i ordered directly thru the rockys website and was never informed of this while ordering. at 8:13pm, i still had no food so i called to check what was going on. i was told that they don't even do deliveries and that my food was there for me to pick up (almost 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered.) i then had to pack up my 3 year old daughter while being 6 months pregnant myself and drive 2 miles to pick up my food. when i went in, i spoke to a manager who told me she couldn't reimburse me because she doesn't have the authority and i would have to contact customer service. i asked for a contact number and she literally told me that she DOESN'T KNOW the number. so i left with my food that i paid not only in full for, but a delivery fee and tip as well. i had to research the customer service number myself because the manager was absolutely no help. i am very disappointed in my experience and will be calling customer service in the morning for my FULL reimbursement due to my completely...
   Read moreExtremely dissatisfied with customer service. Employee at the counter practically had her head on the counter while lazily taking an order and complained the whole time how tired she was. While our turn at the counter, another employee walked up, asked us if our order was for here, and then walked away before we could even tell her our order. The first employee then asked us if we had been helped and returned to her elbows on the counter while we ordered. She rang us up, and then in order to receive our food, we had to tell her again what we ordered and she again complained the whole time how she was tired. Walking into the dining area, there were very few clean tables and hardly any other customers in the restaurant. We will not be returning to this location again. I would rather drive further away to another Rocky Rococo to get halfway enthusiastic employees than eat somewhere where I have to practically order...
