I could have a most written the review I just read by Shannon Wozniak. Only notable difference is, while I did call to inquire after our food when it was late, I did not call back and speak to a manager. My reasoning was-- they already took my payment over the phone, we don't have one of these *anywhere near us, so even if they had offered us a decent coupon (by what I'm reading wouldn't have happened anyway)--it would have done us little to NO good. After realizing that room service at the hotel was, while I'm sure excellent, a bit "ritzier" than my husband and I wanted--we just wanted a basic type of meal--we decided to order out. This place and all it's options sounded great. Placed my order with a girl who definitely sounded like she didn't want to be there--was somewhat rude(until cajoled out of her mood halfway through) and at one point I even had to say "are you still there?" ANYWAY. My husband finally decided on a steak, egg and cheese bagel x2... and I got the 3 taco supreme w steak. Will be there *within 45 minutes. (Later claimed 45 min to hour but moot point if you read on) Ok, great, as we were already ordering bit later than we wold have liked to as far as sleeping, etc. After an hour 5 min I called and got the above "I said 45min-hour" reply. Well...just over an hour now, is it nearly here or? Replied driver was "almost there" but hadn't even picked it up yet! Great. I was seething and my husband very unhappy when it showed up at nearly exactly TWO FULL HOURS after I ordered it. TO the tune of $34.42 (plus 4 bucks for delivery driver. ..tip).......for 2 breakfast bagels and 3 tacos...1 of each went in the GARBAGE as they were cold and greasy by that time.. and tacos don't warm well w lettuce sour cream tomato even if could have done so. The ones we did eat were food-- but we didnt even really enjoy them for above reason. THE ONLY REASON I'm giving 2 stars instead of a 1 and wishing there was a 0, is because I truly believe the food would have been pretty good, though pricey for what it was, had we received it hot or even warm (place wasn't far from where we were. If their driver was THAT late, they should have remade it instead of making excuses when I called.) Extremely unhappy and even though almost everything on the menu *sounded good, I would never order from there again. Maybe Gespacho soup--if you get the joke. Ha.Very poor service.

Read moreI ordered a burger, fries and a shake. I live less then 20 minutes from the location. I took them 2 1/2 hours to delivery my order at 2:30 in the afternoon.. I had to call the store 3 different times. The employees didn't actually care about the status of my order, each one just gave me a different estimate of where the driver was. I've worked as a manager and dealt with delivery drivers. I would easily contact my driver and see how far always they really are before giving my already concerned customer the wrong answer. The 3rd time I called, I had to instruct their employee to do this for me. At this point I wanted my $27 back.. but no refunds just a credit.. as if at this point I even want to eat cubbys again all my food was cold but I humbled myself and took the credit. I'm writing this re cap of the whole experience because after attempting to redeem my credit.. the lady asked me if I wanted to pay cash or credit for my delivery fee. I was amazed that someone would charge their customer a delivery fee for a credit they are redeeming because of horrible delivery service. The girl said there was nothing about the fee, which is disappointing to hear as a customer. The entire experience ended with the employee doing nothing to help the customer. Out of laziness? Bad work ethic? Bad training? Incapable? This franchisee needs to make some serious improvements....
Read more3 different people took my order. I asked if they deliver to specific address. Next person I spoke to after being put on hold asked if it’s for delivery or carry out. I said I just gave you the address and asked if you deliver here.
Then I said Buffalo chicken cheese steak. She said grilled or breaded. (First red flag) I said the same chicken that always comes on the SUB bread. She said okay.
Food gets here and it’s the wrong order. I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich on hamburger bun with lettuce and tomato. Oh and a Pepsi bottle after I ask for fountain. The store said (after I call to complain) they only deliver bottles. I said there you go proof that someone didn’t know what they are doing because why ask me fountain or bottle??
Deedee asked me if I confirmed the order. I said yes even said sub bread. She said if you confirmed the order how is it wrong? I said cause it’s obviously not a sub! She said well the driver is busy with other deliveries and won’t be coming back tonight but I’ll get your info and give you store credit.
Excuse me but you guys messed the order and now won’t even make it right? But just throw money or credit at it and not even apologize? Never ordering here again. And tomorrow I will get my store credit and before leaving the store throw it right in the garbage on the way out for them to see the quality of...
