I come to this location very frequently and always get the french dip. Tonight i placed an online order and picked it up at 8:15pm. When i got home to eat my french dip was raw and had blood on the bottom of the to go container. I also noticed a green tint to the meat. I have ordered the french dip at least 15 times from this exact location every time and i’ve never had it come raw like that before to the point where i can’t even eat it. I called the store and asked if i could come in tomorrow since they close in less than 30 minutes and maybe get a refund or store credit for a later time to use. I was offered by the manager to come by in the morning and they would remake it. I didn’t want it re made because i can’t eat it after taking it apart and seeing the raw meat nor do i want a sandwich at 10:30 in the morning when i had to come. I mentioned the meat had a green tint to it to which the manager told me “it was probably avocado from them using the same knife”. This sandwich has no mention on avacado on the menu so i’m not sure why it’s being cross contaminated with a knife that has avocado on it especially when someone can be allergic. It’s not even avocado that’s on the meat it’s green but it simply looks like maybe bad meat. Spent a good bit on my meal and it was a waste. The manager truly didn’t care at all when speaking on the phone. I hate to be that person but she barely spoke or...
Read moreExpensive and Absolutely terrible service! Too many kids on staff that are wanting to play and talk and not perform their duties. Wish I had a video of how my gf’s bottle of water was handled as it was walked to the counter 🤬 I guess this is what’s expected when the male manager is sporting a dyed green ponytail(liberal). Our order was served incorrect so it had to be returned twice. Then it still wasn’t correct but when questioning the staff I was given a BS excuse. Each time I’ve visited this location I’m reminded why I it’s been so long in between visits. At one time (pre-Covid) I was dining there once a week and now it’s once every 3-4 months at best. Food is good when properly prepared but that’s definitely a hit or miss(more miss) with this location! And no we weren’t the only ones disappointed/upset with our visit. Another customer that was there picking up his call in order was very upset and after attempting to have his order corrected and repeatedly questioning the staff about his order he just walked out but not without expressing his disgust. We witnessed another guy stand at the register waiting to place his order while 3 employees stood merely feet away and ignored him because their school yard talk was more important than taking this guys order! I won’t say I’ll never be back but it’s likely this location will be out of business...
Read moreBefore they moved the building across the street, the West Monroe McAllister's was amazing. After moving across the street, I assumed they were under new management, because the attitude of everyone there had changed. Whatever, I was unbothered by that change. Fast-forward like a year and 5 or 6 orders later, every single time I've ordered the same exact thing - grilled chicken caesar wrap. Every single time, it's just lettuce and chicken (mostly just lettuce) lazily slapped on a tortilla. That's it. It's like 3 ingredients, it's the simplest item on the menu to make. Chicken, lettuce, caesar dressing. I pretty much never complain or send my food back at restaurants, but after 5 or 6 times of this happening, I became really tired of the dry lettuce wrap I was receiving. I turned in the wrap to get a new one, stating that there had been no caesar dressing on my chicken caesar wrap. I mean come on, it's in the name, people! I received a new one without a pickle. After that I just gave up. Age is making certain things not worth pursuing. But I will not be going back to the West Monroe McAllister's ever again. Every person that works there treats their job as a joke and has a terrible attitude. I guess that happens when all you hire are young women just out of highschool. Seriously, why is it only women...
