I haven't been here in quite some time and tonight I was reminded why. I logged an online order around 430 to pick up around 6, figuring that was plenty of time. I arrived to the restaurant around 5:50, texted I was here and they texted me back saying my order wasn't quite ready and I was early so it was fine.
Around 6:15 I called because I still didn't have my food. I spoke to Brianna, I believe she said her name was in To Go who informed me my order wasn't quite ready and I asked what the hold up was and she informed me she was too busy to go check on it. I hang up. I sat in my car another 15 minutes when I got out and approached the pick up window. I got up to the window, gave her my name, she brings me my bag. I received no text telling me it was ready. I am so aggravated by this point I leave without checking my bag, huge mistake I know. I get to my Mom's who I was taking this food to... her entire meal is missing, the cactus blossom is missing the dipping sauce, it was lukewarm as was the fried pickles which tells me my order had been sitting before I went to the window, it was missing the toppings for my loaded baked potato and there were no rolls.
I called from my Mom's house and spoke to Weston, I told him I had waited 45 minutes for my food and heard crickets. No apologies, no NOTHING. he says he's going to remake her steak and it will be ready by the time I arrive along with everything else I'm missing, and it was. Again, no apologies for my having to come back, no apologies for the screw up, nothing. So by the time I go back to pick all this up and go back to my mom's my food is cold as well as the cactus blossom and the fried pickles, which are no good once they are cold. We ended up trashing both appetizers because they were no longer fit to eat. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of service and I doubt I will be returning to...

The night before in Las Cruces Texas Roadhouse I had the best steak I ever had It came out served on a plate with steak juice a slight sizzle and it looked like a water balloon ready to burst with steak juices that is what a medium steak should look like also my bread came out right away My salad came out shortly after that and then the steak and potatoes That's the way it should be
Fastforward to West Monroe now keep in mind during my 14-hour drive I kept picturing and drooling about having the same experience the same 16-oz steak potato and salad that I had the night before That's what motivated me to keep driving so I can get another one of those delicious steaks...... What a disappointment maybe I built it up too much in my head
The first red flag was the bar was empty on a Monday night football between Kansas City and the eagles second red flag after 15 minutes my salad came before the bread I started saying to myself this is not going to be good My instincts were correct The steak came out hardly any juice on the plate I knew right away this thing's been sitting for a while.
At this point I'm just going to eat it it's 9:30 at night I'm tired If they can't cook it right the first time , How will they do it right the second time especially when there's no people I guess when you take away the sense of urgency of busyness they tend to not pay attention.
Then of course the scripted routine of the manager comes up and asks politely How is everything I said it's okay The key word there was okay not good and not great They didn't catch on to that
So my advice to you next time you walk into the West Monroe Roadhouse or possibly any Roadhouse if it's not busy...

Then several more minutes and the server comes.
I put in everything for our order at once.
Water, kids Sprite, An app of ribs
Chicken critters with rice (Dairy free)
and a sirloin steak with rice and sweet potato.
And a bag of peanuts..
I tell her we are traveling and would like to be in and out.
She puts in the order.. Come back to tell me the rice has butter.. which is appreciated⦠we change to potato and apple sauce.. She was really great. She did her best given the circumstances..
Then when our app comes out we still donāt have drinks..
She apologies and runs to get our drinks..
Then another 5 minutes or so and she comes back to tell me that the chicken critters have dairy..
This is when I start to get frustrated..
The manger comes.. I am not impressed with the manager..He couldnāt bother himself to Listen to all of the events that unfolded for us.. and rushes off.. Which caused me to be even more frustrated.. Which is the real reason I took the time out to write this review..
Then our food comes out⦠And they forgot my potato.. :-(
It was a bit of a mess!!
The server did the best she could but seemed overwhelmed.. I think she was stressed out by our dietary needs.. She was polite and steadily worked hard to take care of us..
A manger came to check on me as I was writing this review and listened to what was happening and did what he could to savage it.. But thru the conversation I found out that the first manager was actually...
