I am writing to express my deepest appreciation and admiration for Dr. Yanet Rivas. In all my experiences with healthcare professionals over the years, I can sincerely say that Dr. Rivas stands out as the most extraordinary and compassionate physician I have ever encountered. From the very beginning, Dr. Rivas has shown a level of empathy, understanding, and care that is incredibly rare in today’s medical field. She listens—not just with her ears, but with her heart. She takes the time to truly understand not only my medical concerns but also the emotional and personal aspects of my well-being. In every interaction, she demonstrates a beautiful balance of professionalism and genuine human warmth. Dr. Rivas has cared for me in a way that makes me feel truly seen and valued as a person, not just a patient. Her approach is thoughtful, patient, and nurturing—qualities that are deeply comforting during times of vulnerability. I always leave her office feeling more hopeful and confident, knowing that I am in the best hands possible. It is incredibly rare to find a doctor who embodies such integrity, kindness, and dedication. Dr. Rivas is a gift to her patients and to the medical community. I am committed to remaining under her care for as long as she continues to practice, and I feel truly fortunate to have found her. Thank you, Dr. Rivas, for being everything a doctor should be—and...
Read moreYanet Rivas appeared friendly and complied with my requests for further referrals, but seemed to have an agenda from the start. For example, she gave me a routine referral for a specialist, and then literally told me at the end to go out the door and straight into his office- (as if I had time that afternoon, if I even wanted to choose that practitioner? How does she imagine to know a patients' schedule? Unless she's actually part of the Hispanic mob in WNY which has been stalking me for years) There is a lot of pushiness in the medical field. She called herself a medical doctor, but she's not an MD in the USA. Then, she had to ask me to cough to make a diagnosis: I coughed once, she wasn't paying attention, she requested again, I forced another, she was looking away again, and when she asked the 3rd time I refused because I had just gotten over an infection and my throat hurt. So she said she couldn't make a diagnosis. Meanwhile, she should have asked me to stand up for the diagnosis. Then, I had to inform her of the most common non-invasive therapy option in case of a...
Read moreI had a great experience with Dr. Rivas. To start, the office staff was friendly, professional, and the wait time was minimal. I was able to see Dr. Rivas on short notice for severe back pain. She did a thorough evaluation to eliminate any major internal issues. Dr. Rivas took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered my questions in detail, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Rivas even called me the next two days to see how I was doing. I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Rivas and her staff was throughout my visit. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Rivas to anyone looking for a skilled and...
