Absolutely the worst experience, where do I even begin? I went to the store to buy two orders of butter/sweet pretzel bites as a treat for my family. In typical dad fashion, I decided to sneak a bite or two, only to find not one but several human hair in them—complete disgust. I went back to the store to get a refund, but they refused and only offered an exchange. I asked for the manager, but they weren’t on-site. This experience open my eyes on the lack of cleanliness by the workers.

The cook wore no hair protection. While cooking, preparing dough for baking, and handling the cash register at the same time.

At all Auntie locations, roles and tasks are divided among the cashier, prep staff, and cook.
