Firstly, a review is not "public shaming." In fact, I messaged you about a year ago about a bad incident at this location rather than post a public review. Unfortunately things haven't changed.
The incident in question was ordering an oat milk latte and getting a mocha one day, and a pumpkin latte the second day. I said "oops, I had an oat milk latte!" assuming it was an honest mistake. I heard your manager badmouthing me in the back, then she came over and accused me of ordering an entirely different drink. That is bad service, period. I asked the teenager working if the manager was always like that, and she leveled with me and said "yea, she has a temper."
I require very little in the way of customer service. I order basic drinks and I'm non-confrontational. I think you have some problems to address that frankly, you either can't see or won't see. Best of luck.

The customer service here is...rough. I've had the manager accuse me of ordering a different drink multiple times after nicely telling them they had given me the wrong order. I think this is an overworked manager who likely needs a very long vacation. I'm generally very forgiving of mistakes - I worked drive through as a teenager and sometimes people are hard to understand. But a mistake is no excuse to be mean. Unfortunately the other manager and owner are generally dismissive of complaints, rarely offering an apology. The response is usually that this location is busy and "has great reviews for customer service" (lol what? The reviews are terrible).
I live five minutes from here and basically avoid it as much as possible because I've never felt welcomed and have had issues with the service. I don't like to be accosted while ordering a $4 coffee with my kids in the car. Thank god a Starbucks opened in town.
ALSO- they don't follow the plastic straw ban. When the law first went into effect they were giving out paper, now it's back to plastic every time...
Read moreI have never been as disappointed as I was today. I pulled up to pay for my order. The girl, Kailee, was very nasty. She had an attitude without reason. She handed me my coffee and went away. When she returned she barked "what are you waiting for?". I said "My donut and munchkins", I had my kids with me so they noticed her attitude as well. She yelled that I hadn't paid for them and I requested my receipt for my coffee to confirm. She rolled her eyes and handed it over. At this point she said "What do you want?" I told her sprinkled munchkins, she yelled "we dont have sprinkled." Ok, I'll taketake choco munchkins and a strawberry frosted donut. As she was returning she yelled at the other girl to give her "whichever freaking munchkins". She handed me jelly munchkins. At this point I got mad, and said "why are you giving me something I didn't ask for, I clearly said chocolate. Plus your attitude is unnecessary" she walked away and yelled "shut up". I parked my car and walked to speak to the manager. Caught attitude from the munckin girl all to hear that the manager wasn't there. Read more🚨CHECK YOUR MONEY AT THE REGISTER🚨 I went to this Dunkin this morning and placed an order in the drive through and they forgot to give me one of my drinks. When I came back, I very politely told them about the mess up and that it wasn’t a big deal and that I wanted a refund. The manager handed me money, never at one point apologized and when I counted that money it was short by almost a dollar. I know it’s not a lot of money but I work hard for every penny I earn so when I politely told them about being shorted, the manager got defensive and handed me the rest of what he owed me without saying a word. I’m sure you can imagine how busy Duncan is in the morning and this whole ordeal took a lot of time out of my morning. I understand thatj they get busy but the lack of empathy and the shady behavior of shorting me money is something I will not stand for. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
