China Sky Take Out — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

this is the worst place, ordered food for delivery, when my family and i went to eat the rice the rice was spoiled. I called the location immediately at 7:30 pm and no one answered. called again at 8:02pm, and 10:00pm, I figured maybe they closed early or something. The next morning I called first thing, the lady answered the phone. I explained what happened expecting a little customer service or some type of apology.... something. but instead the rude b* tells me that I ate the food and now I want free food. WOW. I explained once again that the food was not touched and if she wanted I could bring it back in, she tells me if I do she will call the police. So annoyed and frustrated with this lady I stated I want to speak with the Owner, she tells me she is the manager, and thats good enough. She then tells me that there is nothing shes going to do because "i eat food, now i want free food". I explained once more that the food was not touched. After explaining over and over, she tells me she is going to send someone to pick up the food. When the person gets here he is asking me what is wrong with the food. I explained once again what the issue was the them proceeds to ask for the rest of the food, after touching the food with his dirty hands he has the audacity to try to give me back the food that we didn't have an issue with, i explained to him that I no longer want that food, and that at they need to just issue a refund at this point. He asks me why if the only problem was the rice, I stated back because we cannot eat what you put your fingers in that is unsanitary and disgusting..... Still I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND, OR ANY TYPE OF REPLACEMENT FOOD WHICH I WOULDNT WANT FROM THEM ANYWAY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. YOU CAN FIND A BETTER PLACE...

Edit: Since September 2017, they've gone WAY downhill, fast! I don't know if they changed owners or cooks, but it is now AWFUL! The formerly addictive spring rolls that were filled with crisp, fresh veg now have yellow goo inside. The sauces are different in flavor, consistency and quantity. Even plain white rice is gross, somehow being overcooked on the outside and still hard in the middle. We are very disappointed in losing our "go to" Chinese restaurant. The last 4 trips to China Sky have been disappointing to say the least, from 5 stars to being generous with 1. It was a good 7 year run, now just gross food. Sorry to anyone that got gross food relying on how good they used to be from my previous review!

Our go to Chinese take out in Palm Beach, have been going weekly since they opened. I was at the Walmart and could smell it and drove around until I found the Chinese restaurant, lol. Rarely have we been disappointed with anything ordered. Great selection of vegetarian options and their spring rolls are simply addictive! My mom referred this place to me, I called to find out what time they closed then I called back when I looked over the menu and ordered my food, since I never ate here before I asked the lady what was popular etc and I ended up ordering barbeque spare ribs and my sister a soup, then I called back to add shrimp lo mein. I picked up my food and got home and seen they gave me the boneless ribs which was wrong because I wanted the ones with bone in and they were nasty on top of that. So I called and told them it was wrong and I didn't even like the taste of the ribs so I just wanted to change it for general tsos chicken. She had a nasty attitude about it and said I call too many times and that I told her boneless and to just bring it back and she'll give me a refund.
