Was sort of a surreal experience coming here. Our waitress forgot that the table we sat at was hers so nobody waited on us for about 15 minutes until I flagged someone down. Our waitress was personable and friendly but wasn't a very good waitress. She had issues with other tables at the same time as ours so I was trying to be understanding. I asked for the bill it still took 15 minutes or so and when I saw she had rang in the wrong beer that was more expensive than what I ordered I informed her and provided my card thinking she would fix it and ring it out correctly. She didn't correct it and rang out the more expensive beer. Having a member of my party not feeling well I decided it wasn't worth the hassle over 3 or so dollars so I packed and got up to leave. One of the managers (apparently the only one on) asked me how my meal was and when I relayed what happened her response was only "well it seems as though we have a (server) problem" and that our server giving me a free appetizer coupon wasnt helpful considering I was visiting the area.

I've never had an experience where I had a legitimate concern be glossed over by not only the server but also the manager. It's not that it was a world ending thing, it just was...surreal.

I am writing to bring to your attention a terrible experience my party and I had at your restaurant on Friday, August 11th.

Upon being seated at a booth, we encountered an unpleasant situation when we noticed a cockroach walking on the wall next to our table. Desiring to have a clean and comfortable dining experience, we promptly requested to be relocated. Initially, it appeared that the manager was skeptical of our claim. However, within a short period of time, another group seated at the same booth also witnessed the cockroach and requested to be moved. This confirmed our previous account and validated our concerns.

Additionally, there were issues with our food order. We received the wrong items and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the correct food to be served. These multiple inconveniences greatly impacted our overall experience, leaving us disappointed.

Our disappointment was further compounded when the manager did not offer any form of compensation or discount for the inconveniences we endured throughout our visit. It is disheartening that our concerns were not fully addressed or acknowledged.
