D’ Best BBQ — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

This was my first time at the location and I was not disappointed. The guys told me to come back in 45 minutes for a fresh slab off the grill, I did and I was not disappointed. We chatted up and I let them know that I was a new arrival from Jacksonville and looking for a good BBQ spot. We chatted and all planned on watching the Jaguars beat the Chargers, which they did. One wrong turn can sometimes take you to the exact right place. I notice D’Best BBQ as I took a shortcut in downtown West Palm Beach. I ended up in the wrong part of town, but when I saw the smoke wafting by and the people lined up I knew I had to stop. I did not know that there is a limited amount of Ribs (25 racks at a time) and when they’re gone be prepared to wait for a couple hours. The lesson. Order your Ribs early in the day. If you're like me and LOVE smokey ribs, you'll love these. They've got some chew and can be eaten without sauce. I dribbled sauce on my jacket like 4 times so make sure to have plenty of napkins lol The sauce is a yellow mustard sauce, more sweet than tangy, very good.
