I am newly vegan so finding mom and pop vegan spots around me is a must. My husband and I enjoyed a late lunch at Juuuicy’s. He ordered the vegan tacos and I opted for the vegan cauliflower “burger” with “buns” made of tostones (smashes plantains)— We were very pleased with our meals and were pleasantly full but not sick or slightly tired (like the way meat can make you feel)— If you’re thinking of cutting meat out or even slowly cutting back I highly suggest checking this spot out.
